Customer's name is not on the work order.
Most work orders are poorly described what equipment or the actual issue effecting the customer. If there is no name it makes it hard to help the customer.

This feature has been added to the live environment for eFactoryPro 3.0. The name entered by the requester will now show in the “contact” box on the task and work order.

commentedThis is broken in the new 3.0 - there is not a "contact" box.

commentedThe system should ask for a name regardless of whether I want emails or not. And when I do want to receive emails, it shouldn't be preloaded with an "@advancedtech.com" email.

 commentedHello Jerry,
Not all of the Customers (machine operators at this site) have email access in the work place. So a mandatory field for the customers to input their name would be great.

commentedwe cannot see who wrote the work order when it comes to the customer creating it. Name should be attached according to individual who wrote so that it allow us to better communicate as to what specific job is needed.

Hello Rip, Customer's have the option to receive email updates. When they select "Yes" they receive an option to enter in their First Name, Last Name, and Email address. This is not a mandatory field. I believe the best idea should be to add an option that makes it mandatory for the customer to have email updates.
