Portal work order review process needs to be streamlined
The work order review process needs to be streamlined. It takes way too long to load between pages (on any network). It would be beneficial to have the review button moved to the top of the screen so that you don't have to go back to the summary screen. It would be very helpful to have an option to review the work order straight from the list of work orders to review. There is not-value added time spent waiting on the system to load unnecessary screens.

I need to be able to print multiple task template in the wrok order report in the Client everyday I have engineers want PM prescription and it is very difficult to get what they want Please Help in this action . I also need to be able to print by the Task template number not description .

Need to add "waiting on production", or something of the sort, under the "Status" portion in the Summary tab.

The work order request description is too short for my customer. They need more than 257 characters to describe more complex problems with their down machines.

Need a drop down filter in eFP Portal to filter out PM's. Would be helpful if it included all non PM work orders.

Related work orders in the create work order screen/select equipment does not list the created by date. This will help determine the frequency of issues.

The Asset ID, Assigned Team and Assigned Tech should be closer together. The biggest thing I look for is machine number and if someone, or if I am assigned to it. I don’t even fit this entire page on my iPad when I work off that, so not only do I need to scroll up and down, I have to scroll left and right.

When returning from recent customer tasks to "my open tasks", I get all open tasks. I can fix it by either backing out of tasks altogether and then re-entering, or by filtering the assigned tech to my name at that point. But could you fix the bug?

On the workorder tasks screen, the left side is too big and the right side summary screen is too small. The left side is mostly blank unused space and the right side for create followup and summary full and scrunched where I have difficulty viewing it.

A document with pictures and instructions would be very helpful for infrequently performed tasks and for new personnel.
