Down & Reduced in Tasks
Down and Reduced drop down. Can we have only open tasks show, instead of all. I have to go in and uncheck completed, reviewed, etc.

The addition of the filter would be great. Allow us to view only open tasks.

I have been doing the same when the tech closes the work order without bring the equipment back up. This should not be allowed in the system.

Down and Reduced filter in the portal should not contain completed and reviewed work orders/tasks. Our techs are wasting time filtering it out, when it should be automatic. The old portal functioned correctly.
