Overall the eFactoryPro interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate through, however I’d like to provide general feedback on things that I believe will make eFactoryPro even better for myself and other users throughout the site.
• For work orders that we would enter, it would be great if we could add attachments to a work order. This would benefit both the ATS techs as well as the users throughout the site, “a picture is worth a thousand words”.
• It would be nice if there were QR codes included on the equipment labels, that way whenever a user generates a work order, they will have the ability to scan the asset code and have it populate appropriate fields. This will reduce any confusion or errors on both ATS’s and Morgan’s end.Jacobs, Deborah M. supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Jacobs, Deborah M. commentedI believe this is already possible. May have been corrected during the last update. When recently creating a FM task, I had to select the equipment or sublocation. There was no default.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jacobs, Deborah M. commentedKeith, I was unaware this was happening until I was recently asked to produce a report of PD work for our site recently. I have over 20 templates set up that I thought were producing PD tasks. You are correct! They are being generated as PM tasks! We definitely need this fixed so that predictive work can be tracked properly. Thank you.
