Parent-Child Asset Relation Functionality
Need to have a parent-child relationship function added to the system. This is necessary for metrics, as if a child asset goes down, that is where the WO is put to. The parent asset is affected as a whole, though, so downtime needs to be considered there as well.

This will also help design and strategically target improvement activities. It is easier to click a button than rely on technician notes for specific problems (ex. identifying an issue with the entry conveyor of the machine vs a function part of the machine)
