Cancelling Tasks
When a technician cancels a Task they need to be able to add comments about why they cancelled it. Currently if they do this the Task will cancel, but the work order will remain open.
This issue has been corrected.

I would like to see it made mandatory that a reason for cancelling is posted in the job remarks.

Hi Adam, this shouldn't be so -- or at least I just ran the scenario and it worked fine for me. Make sure that your Techs are adding the Notes NOT through the Labor Tab but through the Notes tab. You won't be able to cancel it if there are any labor entries or malfunction entries, but I created a new CM task, added a note - saved it, and canceled it... and it worked fine. Try that, and if it is still not working, reach out to the help desk. Oh, by the way, it will only work if it is at a 1/1 Ratio.... if you have more than 1 Task to the Work Order, the WO will not auto cancel.
