EFP 3.0 inventory levels
In the old system, us technicians on the floor could visually see the min/max levels of parts we were consuming. This allowed us to know if the part was going to be reordered or not. In the technicians portal of EFP3.0, we are unaware if the part we have consumed will be reordered or not. This is valuable to know if we will need that part again and not be in stock.

I would like to see this too. What I do now is send out the Simple Inventory Stat Report once a month to the technicians. I take out all of the columns that they don't need, then send them the report.
The other thing about them having this report is that if they cannot get into EFP 3.0 for some reason, they still have the part location using this report.

I think it would be a good idea if the Cycle-Count Sheets Showed parts that are allocated to Work Orders. I know that the Tech's take parts and allocate them to the Work Orders, but most of the time they are not issued until the Work Order is closed. And if you are CC the parts you may adjust the inventory not knowing they allocated.
