The supervisor que I was referring to was when jobs are completed by the technician. As it stands now if there was a job that was completed but not assigned once I assign it to someone it kicks the job out of the completed que and marks it not complete. I have to go find the Task if I didn't capture the Task in the first place. Next step is to complete the the Task again and go back to the supervisor que to review

We want to re-prioritize the work in our technicians buckets each day. This will allow us to understand what work do we need to get done today, and what tasks are schedule breakers that will push our planned work out. This is the reason why we removed this feature as we don't want work sitting in our technician's queues, as well as scheduled work that we fill to their capacity.
Our goal is to make it as clear as possible the jobs we want our technicians to do that day.
