Current week available for planning OT.
Current week should be available to plan tasks for non assigned work days, example we work M-Th, OT is Friday and Saturday. These jobs on OT are often Priority 3 tasks that the customer request completed on Non production hours.

Per Bill Sparling, scheduling by period should only be done for future weeks. The Daily Capacity screen can be utilized for scheduling break-in work (Priority 1 or 2) in the current week. Please contact Operations Excellence with any questions on this process.
