Planner Portal scheduling board that has a weekly view For PS to drop an entire weeks schedule onto that can have individual days selected
currently I use an Excel workbook with a sheet for each day. i print out each day and bring it to tier one meetings for technicians and a copy is emailed to customer so they know what machines we plan on taking each day. every cell on that page has to be filled out on every task each day of each week.
I propose a week display where you fill in a selected task number and it auto populates the rest of the information (asset iD, description of task, a blank notes section that can add notes if needed, planned down time, a column for approved amount of downtime, Task type, and priority for the day -1,2,3-)
Once the week has been filled out it can be submitted as a whole and this would put all of the tasks on the weekly schedule onto the daily capacity for the supervisor or lead to disperse to technicians
the top of the screen can show what percent of that weeks capacity is filled for the technicians scheduled for the week

our technicians and site management wanted a visual schedule to see what's on each days schedule. the excel files I generate are emailed to everyone on site and the customer daily. the customer requested the prioritization on the list to be able to schedule orders and also the task type to see repairs(CM) vs. PM's getting completed.
