Asset health score
Similar to asset criticality, it would be beneficial to have a 1-5 score for asset condition. Maybe this could be incorporated into the OS to review and agree on asset conditions with the customer on an annual basis. This lets us see our most at risk assets and prioritize rebuild or AIM projects for those. It would also help us develop asset lifecycle methodology and clear communication with the customer on asset health. The MHA scores that are performed can tie right in and validate or update asset health scores
