At this site we change the Teams regularly sometimes by customer request and sometimes by ats request at any given time we have roughly 6000 tasks in the system, 2759 pm plans and 2993 active commissioned pieces of equipment. assuming we can change a ticket in the system (loading time for each page clicked boxes checked and saved ) in 15 seconds or less that's still a 50 hour task to change with zero breaks and continue everything if the system and internet is running flawlessly, even with the mass changes to the assets on equipment page it is still a major major undertaking. Proposing - IN the Pm plans tab in planner portal add a button to change all selected team names Two columns need added; cost center , and Active job plans attached to "active pm plans" at this point we can filter by cost center and what pm's are active and mass change them all at the same time. OOOOOOR give us the ability to edit the team name in the control center and any task, Job plan attached to a pm plan and piece of equipment with that current team name will change to whatever new team name is needed. even if this takes hours to process in the back ground it will still save 40 -50 hours of work time( which realistically takes between 1.5-2.5 months to complete due to extra planner capabilities. this could also be accomplished in its own screen that requires access approval before making the change to prevent accidental changes. (for reference this type of change has happened twice in the last five months at this site burning a ton of planner work hours)
