Portal work order review process needs to be streamlined
The work order review process needs to be streamlined. It takes way too long to load between pages (on any network). It would be beneficial to have the review button moved to the top of the screen so that you don't have to go back to the summary screen. It would be very helpful to have an option to review the work order straight from the list of work orders to review. There is not-value added time spent waiting on the system to load unnecessary screens.

looking as task list. want to list tasks by their sublocation (work cells). Work orders with a machine number does not list the sublocation assigned to that asset. Look at Technician > Tasks > All Tasks. Last column is Sub-Location. Is it possible to have assets sublocation listed in this column?

when you open "EFP - Technician - Tasks". Automatically loads "My Open Tasks". As a Planner/Scheduler I have to close aproximately 100+ OPM work orders a week. Can this be changed to automatically load to "All Tasks"?

I recommend you incorporate bar code reading with checking out parts in stores and also for receiving. A technician receives a work order. He or she scans their badge - the scans adjusts inventory, and also tags the tech and part to the work order. This would allow for automatic parts tracking in and out tied to work order and tech.
Thank-you for your consideration -

Malfunction start time has had a problem for awhile where it does not recognize the time stamp. When filling out malfunction it you must put it back in.

ESM - As an ABM having visibility of down/ reduced assets for all sites i manage gives a quick high level view of the operation. Currently it takes 7 steps to switch between sites. This would reduce the amount of administration for any one managing more than one site

ESM - There should be an indication on the asset for the number of open work orders for that asset. The screen could be sorted by highest to lowest. This will then give the site leadership teams quick visibility on work outstanding by asset.

ESM - There should be a filed on the Down / Reduced asset that allows us to enter and estimated date/time that the asset will be returned to service. The reason is that all our customers what to know what is down and when it will be returned. This change will cut down in the number of phone calls and emails our site leaders receive as our customers will be able to see for them selves.

The down and reduced page shows all work-orders for any machine that is down or reduced. This is not needed and makes the entire page cluttered and hard to understand what is actually causing the machine to be down or reduced. Maybe add another selection area that links to all work-orders for that machine so we are still able to quickly access them.

For Supply Chain Specialists, it would be easier to have the option to default opening tasks to ALL TASKS instead of My Open Tasks. It would save a few extras minutes every day. Thank you!

On the new technician portal is it not possible to incorporate a digital Pre Task Analysis into the work orders/ tasks going forward

In a similar way to the 2.0 'nzdowntime' report there should be a way of extracting downtime data with the ability to filter by machine or groups of machines as well as selecting custom dates. This would allow affective RAM analysis as a part of a reliability function.

The Requisitions/POs page needs a description of the part beneath the list under the Red Chevron. It has basic info like Req/PO, Site #, Supplier #, but I don't know what I am looking at without having to click on each box.

The font on the Parts Label report needs to be edited. The font is so small, it's hard to read the part number. One option would be to remove the bar code from the label, this would allow the font to be legible.

Deb, thank you for your feedback. This will be part of the enhancements coming in the optimized Portal which will be released soon.

You can attach documents to the templates and they do transfer to the work order/task when generated. But doesn't automatically print.

When creating a work order for a sub-location, the drop down list needs to be in alphabetical order. This will streamline the work order creation process for our customers and make it look a little more polished.
