Portal work order review process needs to be streamlined
The work order review process needs to be streamlined. It takes way too long to load between pages (on any network). It would be beneficial to have the review button moved to the top of the screen so that you don't have to go back to the summary screen. It would be very helpful to have an option to review the work order straight from the list of work orders to review. There is not-value added time spent waiting on the system to load unnecessary screens.

Ability to add PM Attachments which then transfer to the work order when generated. Automatically print attachment with the work order.

Add location to "assign task" screen. I have 10 different buildings and adding this column would make it so much easier to assign tasks to the right technician.

Make the scroll left to right bar floating so you can read the steps with out having to scroll all the way to the bottom to scroll left or right.. Or make the box big enough so all the information can be seen.

After reviewing a work order the status should say "Reviewed" instead of closed.

Please create a second drop down list after a sub-location is selected with the equipment assigned to that sub location. Example, at automotive store you select a make and then the next list shows the models by that make. I believe this would greatly improve work order accuracy and rework required when jobs are put in incorrectly.

It takes far too long and too many steps to locate, open, and assign a work-order to a technician. After opening the work-order tab, when you select the work-order to open, it needs to go directly into the work-order instead of going into the over view.
Currently we have found a few ways to make finding the work-orders a little easier. This process could be streamlined still, by adding a technician tab to the customer portal allowing them to tag or assign the technician that took the call at the time they wrote the order up. This in turn would eliminate the need to assign work-orders making the process ever so much faster and easier to complete at a high volume site like this one.
Allowing and assigning PM's to the machines sub-location would be a great deal of help as well as it would allow the technician to find them easier and it would insure they could all be found and not made late due to not showing up in a list.

When reviewing a workorder all pertinent information should be on one screen. IE compliance start and end date, repair code etc.

When a task is opened I think it would be a great idea that the dashboard with the icons displayed(summary, task steps, notes, time, parts, etc.) have a notification that for example that there is 1 attachment or 1 note in the task. There is no indication that an attachment is attached or a note has been posted for information to the task unless it is clicked on. When running an equipment list, we need more fields to sort by other than the 4 available. Most of the time we only are looking for certain categories of equipment, i.e. compressors. No need to run the entire equipment for the site and eliminate the need for sorting and deleting after.

When entering a new part request in the portal, List the escalation number for easy tracking. As it is now, you can't find them.

Please remove the merged columns from the Accumulated Labor report. It’s causing issues with filtering and sorting. The labor End Date is two merged columns for some reason.

Would like to see the details of the WO on the ESM. Especially if I am the customer, I would want to know why the machine is down. Especially if they are "Monitoring" the ESM.
