Portal work order review process needs to be streamlined
The work order review process needs to be streamlined. It takes way too long to load between pages (on any network). It would be beneficial to have the review button moved to the top of the screen so that you don't have to go back to the summary screen. It would be very helpful to have an option to review the work order straight from the list of work orders to review. There is not-value added time spent waiting on the system to load unnecessary screens.

When reviewing work orders, the Steps icon is not visible. I need to be able to see if the technician did all of the steps in a PM, or if some could not be completed. Not all of our steps are "required".

Add a calculated Downtime column that shows how many hours a machine has been down. It should match what PowerBI shows the customer.

Add Asset ID to the Supervisor Work Order review. This would allow us to see more detail on the work order prior to clicking into it.

Technicians are able to cancel work orders without any explanation or approval by supervisor or manager. The work orders do not go to management for review, they simply disappear. We had already had instances of work orders being accidentally closed because status of "Canceled" and "Completed" are too close together. There need to be at least a warning message that displays "Are you sure you want to Cancel this task?". And ALL work orders should have to go through the review process. We do not allow anyone to cancel a work order without an explanation.

Be able to create a followup to a corrective maintenance work order that is a different type other than corrective/reactive maintenance, for projects or continuous improvement opportunities identified as a result of the reactive work order.

If a technician cancels a task, it does not show for a Supervisor to review. This should not be allowed. All tasks should be reviewed by a Supervisor!

Add an equipment number column in the Work Order Review area under the Supervisor tab. Will make it easier when reviewing work orders, and will help differentiate between Maintenance, Tool & Die, and Facilities work orders. (sometimes its hard to tell what is what with only a description of the problem to go by).

IDLE can be added to the status drop-down menu on the MALFUNCTION tab. Currently only UP, REDUCED, and DOWN are available to pick from in the portal. This status is available in the CLIENT.

Please add the ability for the Technician to place the status of the machine in "Idle". Idle from the portal. Idle is a recognized status that will populate the status monitor in Grey. This color differentiation allows the Techs to quickly see what is in Red is "in their control". Machines that are Down waiting Material, Waiting Engineering, or other support, will be in Grey until action can be performed on the task. Currently at Site 140 we are able to use the client to adjust the equipment record to move the machine to "Idle". This has been extremely valuable as we fully utilize 3.0 and the status monitor.

A feature that would allow us to email the requestor from the WO task screen would be helpful in finding out more about a job incase they are not working on that shift, tied up in a meeting or just never cross paths.

I think their should be a capability to assign "unassigned and open work orders" from any screen.
If I look for an open work order, not going through "unassigned tasks", and see that a work order is unassigned, I have no way to assign it to myself or others with out having to go into the Supervisor or "unassigned tasks" screen.

It would help to have the icons for Work Orders and Tasks (Summary, Labor, Notes, etc.) change their appearance slightly when that section of the Work Order / Task contains information. Maybe a change of color or a marker of some kind near or on the icon.
