Allow customers to add attachments when submitting a work order.
As a customer, it would be very beneficial to be able to add attachments to work orders I am submitting. I want to use attachment for pictures or prints describing the work needing completed.

Due to IT security concerns this is not something we are willing to give the customer access to. If attachments need to be added to the task, please have them send it to our ATS team to validate the document before uploading it to our servers.

Hi Kevin, I have a customer that needed to add 42 FM task to his customer PM; I had to take the time to create them for him since he didn't have the authorization and to attach validated pictures. Very time consuming.
