Need to add (Job plan creation page) if the PM requires the equipment to be out of service and how many hours it will need to be out. These fields will be an addition to the skill sets and labor duration time. This will allow the planner to report to the customer if the PM will affect equipment availability and for how long.

Require creators to select; D-downtime or R-runtime when creating work orders or tasks. This would allow everyone to know when this type of work should be conducted or planned. Especially helpful for new members or customer employees who are not familiar with production requirements.

Classification would be great. In the meantime, I have incorporated UP or DOWN in the name of my templates. Let me know if you want any examples.

Good idea. In general it would be great to separate work that has to be done down as compared to work I can complete while running. This would be useful for planners to determine when work is done especially for process plants.

Having the ability to classify / identify Task Templates or Contracts will greatly enhance planning and scheduling of PMs. There is an especially large amount of time is being spent determining which PMs require the machines to be down. Implementing this suggestion will save time and enhance our maintenance performance.
