Codigos de reparacion
A mi punto de vista , esta buena la idea de mejora el sistema , pero creo prudente que cada sitio debe de tener sus códigos de reparación ya que en cada sitio las maquinas son diferentes y por ende el refaccionamiento es diferente . ademas de tener mas claro la información en la base de datos

eFactory Pro 3.0 Planner/Scheduler portal - Job Plans, Job plan feed back. Please add Task# to Feedback.Job plans are used on multiple assets and work orders. Sometimes feedback is machine specific. The list of feedback for any given job plan does not list the Task# that the feedback was entered on. With hundreds of work orders using the same job plan in a given month, it becomes very difficult to validate the feedback.

Mass Cancel tasks in Ready Backlog
Allow sites to mass cancel open tasks from the Period capacity screen that are no longer needed or past PM dates.

Technicians wish to see compliance window in My Schedule
Technicians have requested the ability to see the compliance window on the My Schedule view in the new system. This will allow for corrections in case the supervisor or planner schedule the PM incorrectly.

Select all on period capacity – able to select all will be able to move all over to execution faster

BOM
It would benefit the technician if we could see the bill of material (BOM) on the work order for that specific piece of equipment. This was good on efactory 2.0.

Change Priority in Period Capacity to Scheduler
Allow sites to change priority on a task from the period capacity screen in the scheduling portal. This would allow us to be able to move it to the current week without having to go back and forth between the P/S role and the Tech role.

40-hour jobs should fill week out when assigned – Once assigned to one tech the week is filled vs having to create 5 tech slots to fill week

Different color (Orange) for items being rescheduled – When assigning tasks from previous week into daily capacity a visual identifier would help

Would like the ability to hyperlink into tasks from the daily schedule portal, would help to see notes and time already accomplished etc.

During feedback review, would be nice to be able to reply to feedback to submitter via email directly from P/S portal.

PM status change option in planner portal
Can the supervisors or planners have the ability to cancel work orders in the planner portal, either in the daily capacity or period capacity views?
Also, an alternative to "Cancel" missed PM's, since they were not technically cancelled. I don't mind the extra time it takes since it shouldn't be easy. But a better option that more accurately reflects the situation:
Missed-Customer - Due to customer constraints
Missed-Maintenance - Example, equipment not found, low staff, etc
Skipped - Example, in shop for repairs, awaiting parts, etc.To show in the drop down window with Cancel, Cancel-Duplicate, etc.

Free text note filled in period capacity, i.e. offsite – able to add notes as needed from week to week
