PM Tracking
Is there any way to track what changes are made to PM plans, who made them and when?
1 voteThis is current functionality on the Edit PM screen in the Planner Portal.

We need a way to edit compliance finish dates.
We need a way to edit PMs that come due on the weekends. Or at least edit the compliance dates to match the work schedule of the plant.

Period Capacity Filtering Options
Need to add the status and sub-status columns to the table filter on the scheduling portal To Be Scheduled pre-filter. It would be nice to take the pre-filters away entirely and let the planners be able to filter all planned ready for scheduling tasks any way we see the need to.

Why?
Why can't we schedule out further than the 16th?
I'm the planner scheduler and the lead senior tech at this site I must be able to schedule out more than 2 weeks in advance. Otherwise I stand no chance of keeping up1 voteIt looks like everything is set to allow you to schedule further out on the future now. Likely it was an issue with your scheduling containers. If other issues persistent, please feel free to submit an IT request using the Self-Request Portal. Thanks!

Ref. Site 733 Task 4445019. Please see notes in the Task for suggested Idea.
1 voteThe system does have the capability to assign back to the planner. By returning the task to Planning, it returns it back to the Planner's queue. As for a Parts Only work order, the job does not require steps to be added to the job but since it is still a task, the steps are required to be checked off.

At Site 733 the high work order count is confusing as there may be several work orders attached to the same machine. What if after the highest priority machine work order is ready to be closed efactory blocks work order from being closed unless all other work orders are completed or deleted as that some of them may be erroneous?
1 voteThank you for sharing your feedback with us! While we understand that the high volume of work orders at Site 733 can pose a challenge, Operations leadership has emphasized that each work order should be reviewed for content. While some of them may be duplicates, having the system prevent work order closure until all other work orders are completed would skew completion metrics. Work orders for projects and other planned work may not be worked for several weeks and we would not want to leave an unrelated work order open until their completion.

Daily Capacity Pms
What would it take to have a pm of a specific compliance window automatically pull from eFactory when we sending a down/reduce ticket to daily capacity?
For example, if I send a down asset to daily capacity for week of October 23-29, would it be possible to have the system automatically search eFactory to pull any open pms from that compliance end date to the daily capacity?
1 voteThank you for the submission. This does not follow our Work Execution Management processes because we don't want work to automatically break our schedules. If this was the case, it would be difficult to approve/deny PMs from breaking weekly/daily schedules. That work should be reprioritized among the other jobs in the queue, especially such that we don't over-schedule our technicians

Planner Portal
Add column in planning side showing items Waiting on material
16 votesAs tasks are planned, they should be moved to the scheduling queue. The choice to schedule them to a schedule period is made from the Period Capacity screen, where the status reason for a task is visible. You can wait to schedule tasks until the status reason is no longer Waiting on Materials.

Period Capacity technician assignment
Ability to assign to technician from Period Capacity – Drop down with tech names and available dates
4 votesBased on the WEM process, the Period Capacity and Daily Capacity screens represent two discrete functions. Scheduling tasks to a period should not be technician specific, as we are scheduling to a specific skillset prior to bringing in technician availability.

Current week available for planning OT.
Current week should be available to plan tasks for non assigned work days, example we work M-Th, OT is Friday and Saturday. These jobs on OT are often Priority 3 tasks that the customer request completed on Non production hours.
3 votesPer Bill Sparling, scheduling by period should only be done for future weeks. The Daily Capacity screen can be utilized for scheduling break-in work (Priority 1 or 2) in the current week. Please contact Operations Excellence with any questions on this process.

Add Status and Status Reason Filter to Scheduling Portal
Add Status and Status reason to Column filters in the Table filters option in the Scheduling portal. (e.g. Ready for Execution and Unassigned)
1 voteThe Period Capacity screen has pre-set filters such as To Be Scheduled, Scheduled Waiting on Materials, etc that refer to task statuses and status reasons, which is why Status and Status Reason is not part of the filter screen. For the Daily Capacity screen, only tasks that are Ready for Execution show up on that screen, so you would not need to filter by status. There is a filter for "Unassigned Work" that shows you all tasks on the Daily Capacity screen that are not fully assigned (which equates to a status reason of "Assigned").
