Additional object code
Can we add a "Strainer" to the list of objects in the repair code. We have a lot and they clog consistently. This code would help track these failures.

Add "Planned Start Date" filters to work order report
When printing work orders, the current report does not allow for the specific week or period. Please add date filters for planned start date so that batch prints are directly related to the work being done.

Visual representation on the status monitor if a job is waiting for parts/services.
Can we have a visual represntation on the status monitor to see if a job is waiting for parts or services. This could be achieved by adding a small W in the top corner of each status icon. This would enable us to see at a glance what is happening with each job.

Add duration filter to the PM List Report.
Adding a duration field to the PM List Report. It will be easier to show the time that is allotted for each PM when customer asks for a report.

PM Schedule Forecast report
Please add Team field as a filter to the existing report. For the larger sites, we have to schedule teams separately. My site currently has 5 teams. Thanks.

Need a report that will show repair codes with Comments
it would be helpful to have a report on Repair Codes by equipment that includes the comments entered. I don't believe there is an easy place to get to the comments now.

Attach task templates to any work order type
To support the planning function, Task Templates are used to create "Reusable Job Plans." These RJP's stream line the planning process and create an avenue for continuous improvement. The ability to attach these RJP Task Templates to any work order/task type will save planning time and create work efficiency for the Technicians.

PM Cancelations regenerate
If you cancel a PM in either the Portal or Client. the system will autogenerate a new PM for the same frequency. Can we please fix this so when you cancel a PM it stays cancelled. This is creating a big problem in a Sites PM Backlog.

Predictive maintenance as PD, not PM in Task
Predictive maintenance Task Category in a Task Template shows up as PM Activity Type in the Task rather than PD Activity Type. Need to differentiate between the two Activity Types.

part need bin location
when pulling up parts need, add in bin location so you dont have to retype the part need in again for each part you are searching for.

when you are searching for a part in "my site stock" and a list comes up you cannot go back to the list after looking at any of the listed items. please make an option to go back to list. thank you.

Printing a task template
In the Client how do you print a task template without generating a work order or cutting and pasting onto a word or PDF document.
1 voteTask Template report can be utilized to print from the portal. Supplying the Task Template Number and the Team will display the needed results.

Bin number should show for all parts in search function it only shows manufacturer and description
When searching for parts in the portal it should display the bin location in the multi search function in all of "my site stock search" "All parts stock search" this will help anyone with noting down the bin location for several possible options that could help with a machine breakdown. You have to select each part individually to find out this information this time could be made a lot shorter if the bin number was listed in the initial search screen where the description and manufacturer is shown in the search results.
