Task Template Step Ordering
Currently when adding a step to a task template, the 'step order' needs to be changed manually. With templates containing 50 or more steps this can take a lot of time. Could you make the steps 'drag and drop' and therefore change the step order number automatically?

To add field on the portal (must be a text free field)
Good day we make the proposal to add a field in the technician portal and there to be able to put numbers because in all mexican sites we counted the decibels (dB) of the ultrasound PdM tasks to make saving. This field must be optional for to fill. Finally we want to see this field in the shift turn over report.

Conditional fields on the steps section of the task can be used to record decibels. This information is then shown on the Work Order Report.

SCS should Not have the ability to make Stock Record changes for sites other than their own.
Currently, SCS is able delete Storage Bin IDs and change Target Min/Max levels at other sites besides their own. The SCS should not be allowed to make Stock Record changes for sites other than their own site. There have been instances where the SCS thought they were deleting a Bin ID or changing Min/Max levels on the Stock Record for their site but actually made changes for a site other than their own.
24 votesThank you everyone for all of your feedback. We have reviewed the request and determined that the only time this canoccur is when the SCS has permissions to both sites. Min/max changes will still require corporate supply chain approvals. Please let us know if specific instances come up. We will be performing a review of current permissions to validate proper access for all SCS.

Tech Portal: Task Screen Has Too Many Columns
Task view in the portal has too many columns. This needs to be cleaned up to be more useful for the technicians at our site.
Having a custom option to hide columns would help.

Tech Portal: Need to see the BOM (bill of materials)
The BOM is hidden in the portal, and not easily accessed in the client.

Supply Chain: PM Work Orders should generate Part Need Requests
Planned Maintenance (PM) Work Orders should generate Part Need Requests several weeks in advance.
For scheduled work on Tasks allowing the Storeroom personnel enough time to order qtys. not on hand and pick - kit/stage the parts in the designated Storeroom area well ahead of the PM due date.35 votes -
Track & Notate changes in Task Templates
Be able to track changes in Task Template in Efactory Client by being able to add notes. We can do this in our PM contracts, should do the same for Task Templates.

Tech Portal: Add "sub location" to "assign task" screen
Add "sub-location" data to "assign task" screen. We have 10 buildings and having viability to this field would be helpful while assigning tasks.

One Stop Shop Website
There seem to be several different places that we need to login to in order to get to the different pages we want to see. This is a little convoluted. I would like to see one website with a tech portal, client portal, buyer portal, etc. Then each employee can be given the login rights to the portal or portals they need. That way we don't have to have this ifs app and also have our internet browser open to efp3.0.

Task Template Features
Team, I would like to ask for a feature that would show directly from the Task Template to which Assets is tied to. Currently is hard to identify the Assets that are using the same Task Template.

ESM: Add site name in addition to the site number
The new version of the ESM where we can view several sites at once is a great improvement! ABM's and GM's have told me they like it very much for being able to monitor several sites at a glance.
One small improvement requested: Can we add site name in addition to the site number in the title of the status monitor blocks?

New filter in Control Center
Our customer wants to know when a specific PM will activate, so we want to know if is possible to create a filter in control center for PM task template and for specific equipment

Allow me to Refresh DW.Tables.Last.3.Months.To.Present file myself
Occasionally, the DW report is not refreshed over night. In these circumstances it would be great if I could refresh the file myself straight from the Data warehouse to avoid having to contact support and then waiting for support to refresh the data for me.

Equipment BOM on work orders
We need equipment Bill of Materials to show up on work orders to make it easier and faster for technicians to find parts. We had this feature until we went to EFP 3.0 optimized. We also need the BOM report back.

Bill of materials to have list of used parts.
The bill of materials in the tech portal needs to have a drop down with parts used to aid in finding parts.

put a third option on steps. Have a cannot do, then ask why. That will make it possible to close it.
