  1. Portal work order review process needs to be streamlined

    The work order review process needs to be streamlined. It takes way too long to load between pages (on any network). It would be beneficial to have the review button moved to the top of the screen so that you don't have to go back to the summary screen. It would be very helpful to have an option to review the work order straight from the list of work orders to review. There is not-value added time spent waiting on the system to load unnecessary screens.

  2. PM Cancelations regenerate

    If you cancel a PM in either the Portal or Client. the system will autogenerate a new PM for the same frequency. Can we please fix this so when you cancel a PM it stays cancelled. This is creating a big problem in a Sites PM Backlog.

  3. PM Schedule Rules

    There needs to be 12 WEEK, 24 WEEK and 48 WEEK PM schedule rules to match 4 WEEK. This allows for PMs to be scheduled to land on the exact same day of the week every time they generate. This makes is significantly simpler to schedule these PMs with the customer and minimizes downtime as the asset only needs to be down once for each PM event instead of multiple times.   4. Visual representation on the status monitor if a job is waiting for parts/services.

    Can we have a visual represntation on the status monitor to see if a job is waiting for parts or services. This could be achieved by adding a small W in the top corner of each status icon. This would enable us to see at a glance what is happening with each job.

  5. Attach task templates to any work order type

    To support the planning function, Task Templates are used to create "Reusable Job Plans." These RJP's stream line the planning process and create an avenue for continuous improvement. The ability to attach these RJP Task Templates to any work order/task type will save planning time and create work efficiency for the Technicians.

  6. Add a checkbox in the client that allows PS to activate or disable PMs

    The current method of cancelling PMs is time consuming. Adding a checkbox will help identify and label PMs as active or inactive without comprising the existing data in our system.There is no way to identify which PMs the site wishes to disable due to the PM no longer being needed or multiple PMs being combined into one.

  8. Reports: Add Equipment criticality and priority to Task Planning report

    The new "task planning" report needs to show equipment criticality.
    Equipment criticality and priority must be used to ensure the proper work is being done at the proper time.
    Without intrinsic knowledge of criticality proper sequencing of work is problematic.

  9. To add field on the portal (must be a text free field)

    Good day we make the proposal to add a field in the technician portal and there to be able to put numbers because in all mexican sites we counted the decibels (dB) of the ultrasound PdM tasks to make saving. This field must be optional for to fill. Finally we want to see this field in the shift turn over report.

  10. Supply Chain: PM Work Orders should generate Part Need Requests

    Planned Maintenance (PM) Work Orders should generate Part Need Requests several weeks in advance.
    For scheduled work on Tasks allowing the Storeroom personnel enough time to order qtys. not on hand and pick - kit/stage the parts in the designated Storeroom area well ahead of the PM due date.

  12. Tech Portal: Need to see the BOM (bill of materials)

    The BOM is hidden in the portal, and not easily accessed in the client.

    A tech should be able to reference the BOM, and cross reference between machines.

  13. Tech Portal: Task Screen Has Too Many Columns

    Task view in the portal has too many columns. This needs to be cleaned up to be more useful for the technicians at our site.

    Having a custom option to hide columns would help.

  14. Zero Quantity

    Have a site bin location in the tech portal for parts that have a zero quantity. That way the tech can check the location to verify the quantity is zero. There have been occasions when the system says zero when in fact there are parts in the bin location or mistakenly placed in adjacent bin.

  16. Ability for Technician to search for parts using the "Old Material Number" in the Tech Portal.

    A Tech should be able to perform a targeted search on the "Old Material Number" (stripped MFG part number) in the Tech Portal. They should also be able to use wildcards ( * ) just like how we can search for Parts in the Client.

    Predictive maintenance Task Category in a Task Template shows up as PM Activity Type in the Task rather than PD Activity Type. Need to differentiate between the two Activity Types.

  19. Parts have no description on Parts Need page.

    It would be helpful to have a “description” in the Part Need screen so technicians can see what parts are already on order. If there are numerous parts on order, they will only see "New Part" or they will see part #'s and Mfg, but there are no descriptions of what the parts actually are. This gets confusing on jobs with numerous parts.
