My Work
When reviewing work orders/tasks in the "My Work" section of the Work Module Portal, there used to be an option that allowed you to switch to a list view of all tasks assigned to you. Can you please bring this function back? This would better allow technicians to keep track of assigned tasks versus trying to click back through various weeks.
1 voteAs far as we know, there isn't currently a built-in option to view all tasks assigned to a specific user for an entire month. Right now, options are a bit limited: You can only view tasks by week and export to see the list of tasks for a week.
Current Workaround: If you need to see all tasks assigned to a specific person, you can head over to the Tasks screen, then filter by their technician's name and the created date.

Please release an android app.
It would be helpful to have an app for android devices. I do not have an iphone.
2 votesAt this time, we are unable to build and support an Android application. Our current focus remains on optimizing and expanding the features of our existing platform to ensure the best possible experience for all users.

Parts Used on the BI Shift Turnover Report
Can we add a column to the BI Shift Turnover Report listing the parts that were used on the tasks?

Asset health score
Similar to asset criticality, it would be beneficial to have a 1-5 score for asset condition. Maybe this could be incorporated into the OS to review and agree on asset conditions with the customer on an annual basis. This lets us see our most at risk assets and prioritize rebuild or AIM projects for those. It would also help us develop asset lifecycle methodology and clear communication with the customer on asset health. The MHA scores that are performed can tie right in and validate or update asset health scores

Daily capacity and holiday hours
In the daily capacity section of scheduling in the planning portal, holidays that we do not work do not get greyed out. Have the option of adding zero work hours on days that are a dedicated holiday and the plant is closed.

Meter PMs Need a Longer Compliance Window
Meters used to have a compliance window of 14 days. Now it's set to 7 days. It needs to be reverted back to the 14 days.

task display settings
Hello...the efactory task screen doesn't retain our personal preferences. I liked it when I was able to simplify the info displayed.
1 voteUsers can select the columns they want by clicking the hamburger menu adjacent to the columns, and the system will save the settings until the user clicks the "Reset columns" option. Please let us know if you are experiencing problems with any specific screen of the EFP.

Period Capacity portal column widths reset
Can the period capacity portal have column widths remember your setting. It is so time consuming every time you schedule a task or two to have to go back to opening the column widths to see the information. Other pages can keep settings, how is it this page does not??
1 voteHello, Tina. Unlike other EFP screens, period capacity contains a large number of columns, making it difficult to maintain column width in order to display the entire column name. Users can, however, use the hover over function to see the name without having to expand it each time.

pm generation on same day of the month
Create a frequency unit that will allow the PM's to drop on the same day of the month each month so that we can schedule the same p.m.'s on the same day each month at the customer's request so we can get to a scheduling point where we can take the machines for the monthly downtime Pm's the same days each month. this will keep them from walking forward and backwards throughout the months and also stop the occasional monthly pm from generating within the same month. 2 votesUsers can use the 'weeks' option to schedule a PM on the same day each week. As many sites do not want PMs due on weekends, we are unable do both calendar months and 28-day months calculations because our PM generation tool does not support that functionality, i.e., dealing with two different methods of calculation.

Would like the ability to hyperlink into tasks from the daily schedule portal, would help to see notes and time already accomplished etc
In the daily scheduling portal the task number has a space between the first 3 numbers and the last 4 which doesn't allow us to copy and paste easily. We would like it to be a hyperlink that takes you to the task or at least be able to copy it like you can the tasks in the work module.
8 votesThere is a clipboard icon next to the task IDs, which users can click to copy without space.

Remove the space in the middle of the task number in the daily capacity scheduling screen to make it easier to copy
When you click any task in the daily capacity screen, the task ID in the top left has a space in middle of the numbers. It's annoying and an extra step to have to remove the space in the middle of the numbers when pasting it anywhere else.
4 votesUsers can use the copy button next to the task number. It does not provide any space unless users right-click and select copy, which copies the task number with space.

Sorting options in Scheduling Portal
Could we add a criteria to Table Sorts in the Scheduling Portal / Daily Capacity tab? I would like to sort the scheduled work by Building Location or Asset Number if Building Location isn't possible... This would greatly speed up the scheduling process and tech utilization efficiency by assigning all PMs/ tasks on a given machine line at the same time.
6 votesWe already have the ability to filter the tasks by building location and asset ID in period and daily capacity scheduling screens. Also, users can sort the building location and asset ID on period capacity screen.

Closing PM on the Compliance Finish date requires Variance?
When closing a PM on the final Compliance date eFactory is asking for a variance? This is new, never required one before on last date.

Data exported to Excel missing in the Scheduling Portal.
When exporting the Data in Period Capacity (filtered by compliance dates) to Excel the field for 'Reschedules' transfers all zeros regardless of the data present. Can this be corrected?
