Down time and escalation time have different counters
We have a problem with the programation of the system. For example our client has a production schedule from 6:30am to 12:00 am, if our client enter a WO for a reactive work at 11:30 pm, the down time starts from 11:30 pm it is interruptted at 12:00am and then starts counting again at 6:30am, we dont have problem with that. The problem is the scalation system: If our client enter a WO for a reactive work at 11:30pm the time for scalation starts counting and it doesnt stop at 12:00am, it continuing counting. Place a button along with "View Part Bin Info, Consume Part Need, Edit Part Need, and Cancel part need" that would query the parts need table and return if the req was released, due date, and tracking number for shipment.

Estimacion de tiempos desde Portal
Poder agregar el tiempo estimado de una actividad desde el EfactoryPro 2.0 ya que hacerlo desde el Cliente demora demasiado tiempo, cuando seria mas eficiente desde el portal.
En cuanto a los Mantenimiento Preventivos que el sistema pueda estimar el tiempo de ejecución calculando las ultimas 3 ejecuciones y la cantidad de personas.1 vote -

Down & Reduced in Tasks
Down and Reduced drop down. Can we have only open tasks show, instead of all. I have to go in and uncheck completed, reviewed, etc.

There are not ODC codes for a Wire Rope cable for Hoist or tool balancers.

Adding the parts section to the WO print out
It would be beneficial for the Techs if the parts need section appeared when a WO is printed. Currently there is a part used section, and I would think that we could add a sub set in this section of the print out.

Serial Number on printout
When printing out a work order some things are omitted on the printout that appear on the computer screen. One of them is the machine serial number; I'd like that added to the printout.

Meters bubble doesnt show Red on meter required work orders/tasks
On tasks with meter entry required, the bubble doesnt show up as red like the steps/malfunction/etc when items are missing. This leads to confusion when techs cannot close the work order but dont see red on the bubbles.

Make Malfunction Type a mandatory selection when creating an equipment work order
When creating a work order on a piece of equipment, you should have to choose a malfunction type. It is too easy to create a work order and forget about changing the malfunction type from Up to Reduced or Down. Most of our work orders are coming in Up even though the equipment is down. I just made this mistake myself when creating a work order. Even if it is Up, we should have to select something.

Tech Portal: Equipment Screen - Attachments
In the portal under the Technician/Equipment screen, there are 2 buttons (Summary and Work Orders), can we get another tab for attachments.
We have various calibration and service history documents that would be easier to locate by asset instead of having to search for the specific task that has the calibration document attached

I need this automatically added to all site 311 work orders except PM's
Instruct ATS to contact Quality on any item modified or replaced that has a calibration sticker or has a measurable reading recorded.

issue parts in SCS module needs to be streamlined
I would prefer not to have to click on stock first to issue stock... can't we just do it all in one click... not navigate to issue parts, then switch badges, then click on the lines, etc.
