  1. EFP 3.0 inventory levels

    In the old system, us technicians on the floor could visually see the min/max levels of parts we were consuming. This allowed us to know if the part was going to be reordered or not. In the technicians portal of EFP3.0, we are unaware if the part we have consumed will be reordered or not. This is valuable to know if we will need that part again and not be in stock.

  2. Add "Requestor" as a column in Tasks tab in the Technician portal

    Add "Requestor" column in the TASKS tab in the Technician portal that is similar in the WORK ORDERS tab. This will be very useful for management to identify the Technician that creates a FM (Follow-Up Maintenance) task on MPRO Work Orders. The current process requires the user to click on each individual FM task and scrolling the summary page to find the technicians name under "CREATED".

  3. Add a "Missed" button to WO Type: MPRO > Task Type: PM

    There needs to be an additional button labeled as "Missed" in the Work Order or Task Pane for "PM" Task Types only. This button should function similar to the Red X for "Cancel Work Order" or "Cancel Task", except when you select this option, it should trigger a window to pop up requesting a reason for variance. i.e. Equipment Unavailable, Personnel Needed etc. and it should also require the user to type a comment/note.

    Example for why this option needs to be available:

    Asset XYZ-123 has a PM generated on a monthly interval.
    The monthly PM was completed in Jan,…

  5. To add a field for indicate if a Pm was audited

    One opportunity that we see in e-Factory is that the system doesn´t have a field for to indicate if the PM was audited. We are suggesting a field as a check mark and with this, to get the option in a report for to verify quickly how many pm´s were audited. The field may be add to Shift turn over report.

  7. Parts verification on site

    When I search for a part in our system, sometimes it will show we have one in stock, but it will say (workorder - 1) how can we find what workorder it is on and where is it located. Even though it says on workorder it should still say either received or in a location. Otherwise I have to consume the part need and try ordering it again. Time consuming..

    Would like to be able search by cost center in the Status monitor. Currently we can only search down to a sub location. Our customer is asking for more cost center specific statuses. Currently we would have to manually build a new group, add all equipment manually,( We have over 2,000 assets) and when you get so many groups it just clogs up the status monitor. Also we can not remove a group once it is created. If the search by cost center function is added to the status monitor we can train the customer to find what they want…

  11. Need to see work order sub status in the Supervisor grid

    As a supervisor, it would be helpful to see the Work Order sub-status (Cancel/duplicate) in the grid from the Review work order panel. This would allow you to see, at a glance, which PMs were just canceled vs. canceled/duplicate.

  13. Need the ability to create an escalation/event monitor per equipment/asset

    A need has been identified to create Escalations/ Event Monitor for either an individual or a collection of equipment/assets.

    If given this level of control in the escalation process we would be able to escalate particular down time occurrences to the proper people without "spamming" a host of individuals.

  15. PdM Follow Up Tasks

    We need the ability to assign follow up tasks on PdM Work Orders to a specific asset (maybe have a drop down box). Currently, most PdM work orders are routes for the entire facility. Instead of creating a PdM work order for each asset, we would like to have the ability to assign follow up tasks on this work order type to assets.

  17. Error al correr reporte con el portan el Español

    Cuando cambias el lenguaje a Español, al querer generar los reportes aparece el error: "falta un valor en el parametro lenguaje" y no te deja correr ningún reporte. cambie el idioma nuevamente a Ingles y ya me dejo correr el reporte.

  18. Down time and escalation time have different counters

    We have a problem with the programation of the system. For example our client has a production schedule from 6:30am to 12:00 am, if our client enter a WO for a reactive work at 11:30 pm, the down time starts from 11:30 pm it is interruptted at 12:00am and then starts counting again at 6:30am, we dont have problem with that. The problem is the scalation system: If our client enter a WO for a reactive work at 11:30pm the time for scalation starts counting and it doesnt stop at 12:00am, it continuing counting.   19. Part Status Icon located on work order's reserved parts listing.

    Place a button along with "View Part Bin Info, Consume Part Need, Edit Part Need, and Cancel part need" that would query the parts need table and return if the req was released, due date, and tracking number for shipment.
