task template duplication
Planners/Schedulers need to be able to duplicate a task template and then edit the duplicate and rename it for time efficiency reasons.

Work orders on decommissioned equipment and sub locations
In EFP 3.0 work orders can be created on equipment and sub locations that are decommissioned. In 2.0 you could not create work orders on things that were decommissioned. We need to go back to this in 3.0

This bug was fixed with the release of fix # 43354.

Tech Portal: Technician assignment
If a task is in any status other than "open" the tech assigned to the task is locked/fixed and you are unable to re-assign the work to another technician without having to change the status back to open.
Please change this so we are able to re-assign the technician no matter what the status is. System should not force us to use standards.

Client: Access to Data Tables for Planners
If we knew how the tables and column header names related to the portal and client fields we could have access to any information we need at anytime reducing the need for one off reports being built to accommodate adhoc customer requests.

ESM: Custom view / changes to interface
I would like to be able to remove columns in the work order view. It would also be nice to be able to rearrange them to what suits our needs better.
In fact, the status monitor screen is nice and easy to filter by areas; perhaps we could integrate a link from that down or reduced icon to the work order that is signaling it and bypass the work order screen load time and sort time?

Control Center Actions should be minimized by default
When actions are loaded in the control center, the bottom one is expanded. They should all be minimized, by default, to avoid confusion.

Response time variance
Can we have a required field for reason for variance when a response time is over a set limit? Many times a work order gets closed without all labor and sometimes it affects response time. This would at least force team to put a reason for why the response time is so high.

on "create work order:assign team and contact" I do not wish to recieve annoying email stating that work order is closed. I know its closed because " I " closed it.

new export function from the scheduled tasks report to create an easy scheduling board for technicians
I have created a template for Planner/Schedulers to use that would allow them to print out a weekly schedule for the technicians at their sites. If we could add an additional export function to allow P/S's the ability to set the dates to print, and export the scheduled work orders in a printable fashion. I have a macro created as well as screen shots of the current export, and the desired exported format.

Sort Asset ID
Have the column, asset ID, able to sort in ascending / descending order

Expand drop down menus to more users
Currently drop down menus only allow 100 names to be on the drop down lists (i.e. assigned technician under task). Our site has more than 100 users and we cannot select users from the bottom of the list.

Tech Portal: Reviewing PM Task after closed
The supervisor must review tasks, because when a PM was closed with an open follow-up task the supervisor does not see that PM in the section of orders to be reviewed because the work order is still open, this makes it impossible for the supervisor to review the PM and orders in general when they have at lest one open monitoring task .

The ability to add a task to a completed work order and the ability to review a work order with at least one open task has been disabled in the Portal as of 05/22/18. This will prevent the types of situations described in this enhancement request.

CLEAR FILTERS
I currently have 10,147 Results to view when look up a part. I FILTER fairly often to locate the correct part. It would be nice to have a "CLEAR ALL FILTERS BUTTON" in the Header to instantly remove several FILTERS that may be in place.

BOM viewing from parts ordering?
Is there a way to look at all of the items when we pull up the bill of material for a machine, it used to show everything when you first opened it up?

Breakdown Column in Shiftturnover Report Bad
Breakdown column in the shift turnover report isn't working. it's reporting all work orders as N breakdown.

Training: Customer portal education
There has been no communication to customer tech on shop floor on all 3 shifts on how to use this system at Cat Pontiac.

Client: Schedule board compliance start/ finish time stamp
Recently it was changed to look up a task by compliance start or finish you have to have a time stamp now. it easier to look at what pms are due that day by the entire day not just a specific time.
Change back to day and do not require a time.

Work order status and Task status need the option of "duplicate" added as a type.

“Duplicate” is an option in the Work Order Sub-Status menu. Work Orders marked as duplicate and canceled do not count towards PM Compliance/Completion.
