new export function from the scheduled tasks report to create an easy scheduling board for technicians
I have created a template for Planner/Schedulers to use that would allow them to print out a weekly schedule for the technicians at their sites. If we could add an additional export function to allow P/S's the ability to set the dates to print, and export the scheduled work orders in a printable fashion. I have a macro created as well as screen shots of the current export, and the desired exported format.

Sort Asset ID
Have the column, asset ID, able to sort in ascending / descending order

Expand drop down menus to more users
Currently drop down menus only allow 100 names to be on the drop down lists (i.e. assigned technician under task). Our site has more than 100 users and we cannot select users from the bottom of the list.

Tech Portal: Reviewing PM Task after closed
The supervisor must review tasks, because when a PM was closed with an open follow-up task the supervisor does not see that PM in the section of orders to be reviewed because the work order is still open, this makes it impossible for the supervisor to review the PM and orders in general when they have at lest one open monitoring task .

This will prevent the types of situations described in this enhancement request.

CLEAR FILTERS
I currently have 10,147 Results to view when look up a part. I FILTER fairly often to locate the correct part. It would be nice to have a "CLEAR ALL FILTERS BUTTON" in the Header to instantly remove several FILTERS that may be in place.

BOM viewing from parts ordering?
Is there a way to look at all of the items when we pull up the bill of material for a machine, it used to show everything when you first opened it up?

Breakdown Column in Shiftturnover Report Bad
Breakdown column in the shift turnover report isn't working. it's reporting all work orders as N breakdown.

Training: Customer portal education
There has been no communication to customer tech on shop floor on all 3 shifts on how to use this system at Cat Pontiac.

Client: Schedule board compliance start/ finish time stamp
Recently it was changed to look up a task by compliance start or finish you have to have a time stamp now. it easier to look at what pms are due that day by the entire day not just a specific time.
Change back to day and do not require a time.

Tech Portal: Add 'duplicate' option for Work Order and Task status
Work order status and Task status need the option of "duplicate" added as a type.

Supply Chain personnel need the ability to add new storage bins for sites in the Client.
SCS & SCPM used to have the ability in the Client to create/add storage bins for sites but the NEW button has been removed from our access. Sites in the new optimized portal currently don't have the ability to add their own storage bins so we need the ability to do this in the Client until the new portal is updated giving the ability.

Tech Portal: Work Order Search Sub-Location ID
When looking up Sub-Locations in the Work Order search function in the portal it is shown as a number.
This ID number does not mean anything to anyone as it is a system ID.
Can it please be displayed as the Sub location name text as it does in the Task search function?

Reporting: Add Report for Malfunctions
Would like to have a report specific to malfunctions.
Shift turnover report doesn't have ability to track multiple malfunctions on single task. Malfunctions have specific IDs, so it would be nice to have a report that pulls all malfunctions for a given site or asset1 vote -
Planner Task Schedule report | Feature 38886
Please Create a Schedule Report with the following columns Task ID, Description, Team ID, Task Temp ID, Task Planned Date (this is the date the job is planned to be done), Planned (Yes or No), Kitted (Yes or No), Total Labor Hours, Created By, Assigned To, Asset ID, Asset Description, Sublocation Description, Duration(MIN), Priority, remarks. This report will allow us to pull a schedule from the system to provide to the customer.

Search function for equipment
So. I noticed that when you look for equipment, the search function doesnt take into account the asset description nor the description fields. This make it harder to find them. ANY chance we can include these fields in the search function?

Validation checkbox and comments needed
Our customer, Borg Warner in Water Valley, site 490, is requiring us to add a validation checkbox and comments section to our workorders. This is the result of a customer quality complaint from Borg Warner's customer, Chrysler.
Chrysler is insisting that:
Validation is required when every work is completed on a verification device (i.e. – sensor, vision, etc.) or work is completed on a piece of equipment that adds value (i.e. tooling, etc.) to the part. Currently we are depending on an human to verify this is done 100%... We would like this requirement to be driven by a system…1 voteMeeting with ABM completed. Low Priority Safety Related Tasks
Customer entered work orders for safety should not default to Priority 1-Emergency. The customer attempted to enter a low priority safety improvement and the task priority was defaulted to 1-Emergency. Safety related task with priority 1-Emergency should be reserved for hazardous situations where safety is a serious concern.
