Add Building Location field to Open Task List in the Work Module
We would like to use the Building Location parameters to filter our task lists quickly through the Work Module. This would speed up our response time to the customer exponentially when asked for specific area information.

Manually adjusting column width every time
After manually sizing several columns in the task grid view to widen them and see the data entered in each field, I find that these same column sizes are returned to their default width after expanding and collapsing an individual task view. Can these width changes stay permanently until manually adjusted?

notes box expansion
expand the Notes box back to where it used to be or bigger, technicians on site are having trouble leaving detailed notes because you can only see a few words per line and it scrolls after a few words making it difficult to reread the notes for accuracy and editing. notes are getting smaller and less detailed because the box was made more difficult to see/utilize.

Hard to read.
contrast and background text is hard to read in general. especially on numbers in small circles. looked better and could be read better in red scheme.

Reviewed work orders need to disappear in REVIEW tab
Have the work orders disappear after reviewing them in the REVIEW tab. I have to manually refresh my screen to make them disappear. This is more clicks.

Advanced Filter Options
Add a NOT toggle to the filters turning EQUALS into NOT EQUAL TO. ENDS WITH becomes DOES NOT END WITH. Etc...

skill set assignments
for the skill sets. allow more then just technicians to be set i.e..(industrial cleaner, planner/scheduler, supervisor, manager) as we all have Items to complete per the schedule.
7 votesThese job titles can be added to the daily schedule screen for assignment. If they are not part of the crew capacity, you will have to override their schedule using the Control Center. We usually only want hourly technicians as part of our crew capacity.

Min/Max Compliance
On the tech task list, show the min/max compliance dates so they ensure they don't miss critical pm's and to ensure they don't start too early. Should be easy for them to access and prioritize their daily tasks

Customer Task Closing/Update
Please allow customer users to close out tasks assigned to them. Currently cannot close tasks, update information, or add attachments.

Separate compliance start and finish dates in period capacity
I want to sort by compliance finish to ensure I catch all PM tasks for a particular asset. The compliance field sorts by the start date. The SA, Q, and M will all have different start dates, but all have the same finish date.

I have no way of seeing where a part is located at my site while trying to figure out which part is right.

Fix your system
Increase server potential, the system does not allow timely input of labor, notes, and steps. Often times it will claim to update successfully but then kickback and we have to start over. Other times it will kick back when hitting the green checkmark and the process starts over.

Need to add the ability to filter by sub-location to the Planning page of the planners portal filter.

Create FM from Customer PM's.
Allow FM task to be created from PM for the customer. Currently all follow-ups on customer PM's can only be created as separate CM's.

External teams check box in scheduling Portal (Ready Backlog/Period Capacity).
At sites with multiple contractors and a large number of teams, It would be great if there was an external teams check box that could exclude or include tasks assigned to those teams in the ready backlog. Currently can only select up to 3 teams at a time in the teams filter. Being able to Exclude 3 or 4 teams and leave all remaining teams would be a great way to filter the backlog for appropriate work.

Period Capacity - "PLANNED DATE" Field to "PLANNED START" Field
Can you please change the "PLANNED DATE" to "PLANNED START" so that i can see if a Task has already been scheduled. Currently it is very difficult to work that out.

Column Search Boxes
For the Task and Work Order grids can we get a search field under each column header that would allow us to search for a keyword within the data in each record in the given column.
