New Daily Schedule portal does not identify complete W/O's.
Daily capacity window in Supervisor portal does not show when a work order is completed. I recommend a small green identifier or a status of the work order to correct this.

Add DOES NOT CONTAIN to the drop down filter on the technician screen.
Add DOES NOT CONTAIN to the drop down filter. This would allow you to filter out one specific item and still see rest of the backlog.

Job capacity for RE/SM/PS
Ability to add SM/RE/PS for scheduled tasks; hours that do not count against technician side
2 votesThis functionality is possible but not recommended within the system. Skillsets can be added and schedules can be overwritten to those individuals. This allows these people to have work assigned to them without affecting crew capacity. We recommend to only assign work to those that are performing the tasks, i.e. the technicians.

Follow up Tasks default to original work order asset
When creating a follow up task on a PM, the asset should default to the asset on the original work order. This field can then be modified, if the asset differs. This streamlines the entry process so the technician doesn't have to "remember" the asset number, search through the asset drop down, or back all the way out to get the asset #. This would stop issues where technicians create follow ups against sub locations instead of assets.

Estimated hours on tasks
In the list of Open Tasks on the Technician screen in eFactory Pro (not the Client), it would be helpful to display the estimated number of hours for each task and let that number be exported when sending the list to an Excel spreadsheet.
3 votesThis is possible via the Planner Portal.

Data transfer speed
The data transfer rate is ungodly. It takes an excessive amount of time to pull up a work order. This is causing us to get behind.

Fixing the broken parts search
Please fix the parts search. It's extremely frustrating to check the location of a part suspected to be correct and then lose the entire search. Also the ability to sort by manufacturer would be very helpful. Maybe have the parts search function similar to how the tasks lists work so that the different aspects of the parts are searchable/sortable

Monday through Friday option for PM's in EFP3.
I would like to have a Monday through Friday option added for PM's . The weekly option in EFP only has a 3 day window. There is no good way to do a daily PM for a monday through Friday work week.
4 votesYes there is, set up a weekly PM with daily checks. This is the best practice and easiest way to manage.

Misalignment of P/S training tasks between systems
Planner / Scheduler training misaligned between EFP Wiki and Cornerstone.
Specifically, P/S 08,09,10 are not the correct lessons so that the two systems coincide.

Add a checkbox in the client that allows PS to activate or disable PMs
The current method of cancelling PMs is time consuming. Adding a checkbox will help identify and label PMs as active or inactive without comprising the existing data in our system. There is no way to identify which PMs the site wishes to disable due to the PM no longer being needed or multiple PMs being combined into one.

Zero Quantity
Have a site bin location in the tech portal for parts that have a zero quantity. That way the tech can check the location to verify the quantity is zero. There have been occasions when the system says zero when in fact there are parts in the bin location or mistakenly placed in adjacent bin.

Easier inventory search
First, set up a separate site specific tab for going directly to inventory without the need of going through a work order.
Second, give a back progression option in the parts search, or different dialogue boxes within the search so that we don't have to keep going back to the beginning each time we get to the part and find it isn't the one we were looking for.
