Add Supplier/Vendor ID to the Material and Service History Transaction Report
Can we get a field for Supplier or Vendor ID added to the Material and Service History Transaction report? I have had sites asking for the best way to run Material Spend by asset by vendor for a group of equipment and having that added field would be helpful.

Completed Workorders are locked and can not be opened again.
Once a workorder is closed, it can not be opened again to add time or do anything that can be done as if it were open. This is very annoying as fellow techs will sometimes complete workorders and forget to put other techs time or sometimes the workorder is not fully accurate as something could be incorrect and can not be reopened at all to correct. Once a workorder is reviewed, it can not be accessed to edit, but completing a workorder should not be locked out for a tech. It would be very convenient and a very good idea…

Can you make the Equipment numbers BIGGER. It would help us to identify the equipment quiker.

Gemba subtype for Work orders
Add the subtype of the work order to say "Gemba" there are alot of work orders driven by Gemba walks and this will help serve as a tracking mechanism and make for easier data collection.

Actialmente en el portal del cliente se pueden generar ordenes correctivas y ordenes (otros) pero no se pueden generar actividades que hagan referencia a mantenimientos proactivos. En el sitio hay actividades que realizamos nosotros pero son soportes que el cliente requiere. Estas actividades no detienen maquina por parte de mantenimiento.

Add a red / green indicator to the "Summary" tab.
It would be nice to have a red / green indicator on the "Summary" tab (just like all the other tabs have) to let technicians know that all items are complete, except for the "Status". I believe sometimes the tasks are not closed because all the other tabs are green and it makes it easier to leave the window before closing out the task.

Font size Too Small
Now that our plant has Monitors hanging from the ceiling it is difficult to see the Equipment that is Down or reduced status. CAN YOU INCREASE THE FONT SIZE. There seems to be plenty of room to do this. Thank you very much.

adding notes after closing task
allow me to add notes to a closed Task. i forgot to include something important on the note section before closing it out. now it wont allow me to add additional notes. thats dumb

Asset Numbers in Alphabetical Order
When searching for an asset whilst creating a work order the asset numbers are not in alphabetical order. For instance the following asset numbers appear in this order 6945-B, 6945-A, 6945. This is causing the customer to enter the wrong asset number. i.e. they will search for 6945 and just choose the first one on the list which is 6945-B.

Another MRCT to MOTH idea
As an idea. Could we make it where certain machines could have a status like "under engineering" or "Out of Scope" and only allow MOTH or MPRO work orders to go under the cpsx #.

Task Summary EDIT button disappears when task is marked Complete.
Recently, on the Task Summary window, the EDIT button disappears after marking a task "Complete".
We are now unable to change the Task Status so we can edit the task if more information is needed (i.e. add a part to be consumed).
Previously, the Edit button remained available until the task was "Reviewed".

Receiving Document Data
The Receiving Document should only show the qualities received on the Receiving ID. Such As Receiving ID 161911 PO 586474 I only received 12 pcs on Line 1 and 6 pcs on Line 2. The Receiving Doc Shows 24 pcs on Line 1 and 12 pcs on Line 2.

Change Time for Daily Update of Data Warehouse
Would it be possible to change the time when the data warehouse does its daily update? I have been informed that this is updated at 2am every night (in phases). For some of the daily metrics, it would be more beneficial if this data was updated closer to 5-6am for the daily operations meeting to capture any work orders that occurred during 3rd shift prior to that operations meeting.

Josh Boswell1 voteThe reason that the data warehouse is updated at this time is because it takes several hours for all the data to be refreshed. Doing it overnight has the least effect on users of the system.
