Customer Portal: Change Overs
Customer Portal does not allow the Customer to enter an appropriate work order for Change Overs.
Suggested idea would be a 4th question on the Customer's Create Work Order screen, "Is this a "Change Over?"
If selected, then the work order would default to work order type MOTH, Activity Type EV, and Subtype Change Over, and the equipment would not be in a "Down" status.
This would prevent ATS from having to modify each change over work order when they are created by the Customer, which is the current process.

useful
it would be helpful if we had a history button on the task page . it would save a lot of time looking up the history if we could click a tib and pull up asset history for the equipment

Our Southwire Customer at Starkville (site 735) requires billing purposes we report consumption of parts by their part number.
To accomplish this the following tables need added to these 3.0 reports.
1) The “Consumption by Place” report needs to have the ‘Site Reference’ field added.
2) The “Billable POs” report needs to have the ‘Site Reference’ field added
3) The “Simple Inventory Stat Report’ needs to have the ‘Site Reference’ field added.
4) The ‘Simple Inventory Stat Report’ needs to have the Criticality Status’ field added.a. The ‘Site Reference’ data is in the field name ‘UserDef6’ in the FSM Table named ‘STOCK’ (STOCK.UserDef6)
b. The ‘Criticality Status’ data is in the field name ‘UserDef7’ in…1 vote -

Please include asset criticality in the shift turnover report.
The shift turnover report has nearly all information needed to format any kind of report the customer or site needs. The addition of the Asset Criticality designation would be very beneficial.

Traveling Technician Site Access
Add a login for traveling techs to access site Efactory pro system while at current site. Create a log in that allows them to access the specific site they are at using their actual name instead of another persons login .

1 voteThis is a great idea! This was a primary feature we built into EFactoryPro with traveling techs in mind. If you request access to the site you are traveling to, permissions can be added to your account. Once added, and you can select the site from the site drop down in the top right of the technician interface!

Reports: Add Equipment criticality and priority to Task Planning report
The new "task planning" report needs to show equipment criticality.
Equipment criticality and priority must be used to ensure the proper work is being done at the proper time.
Without intrinsic knowledge of criticality proper sequencing of work is problematic.40 votes -
Partial Parts Consumption
Part Consumption: There should be an option to consume a variable amount of parts. If a tech only consumes a portion of parts requested, they should be able to consume only the used portion. Sometimes parts are not shipped in one package and techs can only use a portion of the parts needed on the work order, but the part need remains opened with nothing consumed until all parts arrive and and are consumed.

Query other sites inventory for equipment by same manufacturer or by model number
It would benefit a site manager to know that another ATS site had a machine with same or similar model number or manufacturer that could be contacted for phone/Skype/visit support.
1 votePlease use the Reliability360 App in PowerBi to search all equipment across ATS.

Reverse part look up for SCS
We as supply chain specialists would benefit from being able to view the machines that each part belongs to. If we have a part #, and we're not sure which machine or machines the part applies to, it would be great to be able to see where the part belongs or has been in the past.

Status change when using schedule board
When assigning work in the schedule board, why doesn't the tasks reflect status change. I dropped a task into the scheduled board, and task still shows open versus assigned. Assigned is an option on the task in the portal, but not an option in the drop down menu in the client.

Daily Site Trending Report
IT Services requested I'd submit a change request for the Daily Site Trend Report. Data on this report, from what I was told, is including "Canceled" tasks. All information on this report refers to "open". Report does not seem to be working correctly, not giving valid "open" data.

Tech Portal: Add the field 'Building Location' on the work order tasks
We need the parameter 'Building Location' in the work order tasks on the Optimized v4 Portal.
For the site 010 Caterpillar Torreon, Mexico, is mandatory to know the exact location of each machine. The reason is that this site has more than 2570 equipment.
25 votescompleted · AdminOldfield, Michelle (Business Analyst, Advanced Technology Services, Inc.) respondedBuilding Location has been added to the Task Summary panel in the Portal. As mentioned in the comments below, PBI 41637 is currently being worked to add the Building Location field to the Work Order Report.

Tech Portal: Hold and Waiting on Material Task
Due to Waiting for Materials being moved to a sub-status we still need so type of main status to associate work orders too when they are waiting on materials so its visible when looking at all the task.
The Hold status is also an issue bc its almost not visible at all when searching and doesn't show when a work order is assigned in the system to a person and is on hold (they don't see it in the my task box)
17 votescompleted · AdminOldfield, Michelle (Business Analyst, Advanced Technology Services, Inc.) respondedPBI 39571 has been completed and released to production, which added “Hold” as an option to sort task statuses by. The business decided to move Waiting on Materials to the Task level and include it as a Sub-Type, so that it could be permanently marked and able to be included on reporting.

Color code safety work orders; pink
In past iterations of efactory work orders coded as safety would show up color coded as pink in the equipment status monitor. efactory 3.0 no longer does this. I believe that it would add tremendous value to the customer to make safety work orders visible again so the can be prioritized more readily. In the past safety work orders were color coded as pink.
4 votesThis feature update has been released on 3.26.19! You will now see a safety triangle badge on the Equipment tile (bottom right corner) for any piece of equipment that has an open Safety task. In addition, colored shields will display for open PM tasks.
