  1. Edit PO GNS Receipt

    We need to add a "Delete" button on the lower section of the PO GNS Receipt. If we can add a line, then we need a way to edit the line. If there was a Delete Line option, then we could reduce the amount of down time of waiting on a buyer.

    Thank you for your feedback. This is already a function in the system, however, it is limited to the Buyer role to reverse out Saved Receipts, per business decision.

  2. Streamline Closing of Tasks

    When in EFactoryPro 3.0 - technician - work order task -when attempting to close a task that is OPM - instead of using my name can the OPM"s Department (Houghton, Production, Quality, etc?) available and can the labor date/time entries be blank?

    I will open and close 5,980 OPM work orders/tasks next year and this would save a bunch of time.

    Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately users without a Workday profile can not be added to a Team within EFP 3. Not including labor on your PM tasks is not recommended as it would negatively affect your Proactive and Planned Metrics.

  3. On the Work Order Header: can we use the empty blocks?

    To me it looks like there is blocks on the work order header that are empty. I have them labeled below as “MPTY BLK”. Is there any way to open a couple of these to use them like Revision Codes in the old SAP system? And of course to be able to search with them?

    3.0 Reporting does not accommodate user specific customization. If there are specific fields that you would like added to the report, please resubmit them to UserVoice.

  4. Enable WMAT tracking by adding Substatus of WO

    Allow technicians to add sub-statuses to WORK ORDER. That way we can track waiting on material via our powerBI metrics.

  5. Supply Chain Ability to Edit Due Date

    Supply Chain needs to ability to edit the Due Date especially when it's a service order. Eliminates the Buyer having to send past due reports. Majority of the time, the Supply Chain works with the vendors for repairs, services, etc. It would also be beneficial for SC to update Due Date on a parts order. I will sometimes contact the vendor myself to save the buyer time if I'm questioned on delivery dates. I could then update the Due Date myself to have the POs reflect more accurate information giving everyone who's able to view the PO, the expected date.

    Please decline the request. We are making process changes and creating reporting to close this gap for the sites. If we let them change the due date for a part or service on a whim we’d have to create a whole new way of receiving those requests outside of normal communications.

    In the Portal on the Summary page of the Task, you can mark the Task as NADT under the Task Subtypes dropdown.

  8. Close workorder as incomplete.

    When a PM is not complete and you want to close it as incomplete. IE customer plant is shut down. Or they run the weekend and tell you to skip them.

    We need a fast way to close them and still have them show as incomplete on the metric and in an audit. But have the work order go away

    Canceling the PM Task will ensure that it affects your PM Compliance and Completion Metrics. The Work Order should not regenerate after cancellation.

  9. Activity change button.

    On the summary page we the technicians need to be able to change the activity type on the page. If the work order activity is wrong we have to close the work order out and create a new work order with the correct activity. This is a major issue causing a lot of problems for the technicians. This could be a simple fix.

    Activity types can be changed by technicians as long as the new activity type is within the same Work Order Category. IE, MRCT, etc. If the new activity type is in a different Work Order Category, the current Work Order needs to be Canceled and a new Work Order needs to be created.

  10. Stock search error started recently appearing. I'm not able to search for a part, put in new info and look for another part.

    After I search for a part in Stock, I will put in new data to search for another part and I get the following error:

    Invalid data constraint definition found for column internal_descriptn of part table. Blank or empty search value not allowed.

    This just started in the last week or two. I was able to do multiple searches in the Stock page before but now I have to close the screen and open up a new search in Stock.

  12. ESM quick link

    On the ESM is it possible to double click on the asset box and open up the most recent task request? This is primarily to find out the status of a machine breakdown.

    This functionality is already there. If you click on an equipment tile, a list of tasks appear in the bottom section of the screen. They are sorted from most recent to oldest.

    In the coming months, this section will be changed to show only the tasks that are directly affecting the status of the machine.

  13. Freight cost report

    Create a report for Freight cost. In 2.0, we were able to use ZPOFR and I don't see a report that will show the monthly freight cost that I can add to my monthly cost slide for our metrics meeting.

    Thank you for your suggestion. The information you are looking for is still tracked in SAP and can be pulled from that report. Please contact your Site Manager as they should still have read only access to SAP to run reports.

  15. Part needs

    Myself and our team feels this would be an enormous help with part needs.

    1)Can a "Do Not Substitute" box be added when placing a part need under the portal?

    2)Can we as supply chain specialists have the option to receive emails when a hot part need is entered?

  16. FIX eFactory Pro

    I have refreshed cache and logged out and restarted eFACTORYPRO but when I am in Tasks tab it by default opens my open task. If I click and bring up the pull down menu and go to Recent tasks, from recent tasks it won't let me access the pull down menu anymore!

  17. Purchase Order Detail Report-Changing format

    Is there anyway change the columns around in this report when we first run it?
    For example, when report first displays, it would be nice to have in this order: Promise Date, PO number, Vendor, Part ID, MFG Part number, description, QTY, Cost, Work order.

    I think this will work out better since the Supply Chain Specialist won't have to export the report to excel and move the columns. A majority of the time, this report is used to just see what is on order. Thanks.

    Columns can be changed when running the report through Power BI. Please run the report in Power BI for additional editing options.

  18. stanardized ID for each task.

    I think that there needs to be a Site identification incorporated into the Task name along with a general task name ,for example: 0178-Conveyor-Monthly. 0178-Conveyor-Weekly-Grease. Right now it is very hard to Identify my own PM Task within the Client.

    In the client, site specific PM’s are shown when selecting a specific company in the list. 0178PM is the contract type that shows for World’s finest.

  19. Verify task assigned to equipment.

    PM task were not verified prior to assigning to an equipment. Pump pm task assigned to conveyor equipment.

  20. Planner should be able to equipment.

    Planner is unable to add equipment to the system. Model field will not let me add.
