Specific past week reporting on red/green report
Want to be able to isolate a specific week for the year at any time through the red/green schedule report.
1 voteHey Rahkimm, If you choose Year (Calendar) in the filter at the top, you can click in a specific week in the charts to the right. This will filter the entire view to just that specific week.

Bring compliance start and end dates back to period capacity
Period capacity is not showing compliance start and end dates. We schedule PM's by start date and not end date. Really need to see both dates.
1 voteThanks for the submission. Compliance start and finish dates are on the Period Capacity screen. You can also customize the columns using the 3 lines under the headers.

printout of daily schedule
Need a way for our site supervisors to have a printed list of all the tasks that have been assigned for the day so that they can go and check on the tech's progress. The Today's Work in the Tech View Dropdowns would be perfect but it is currently not working properly to show only the day's work.
8 votescompleted · AdminOldfield, Michelle (Business Analyst, Advanced Technology Services, Inc.) respondedAfter selecting a day on the Daily Capacity schedule screen, you can select the Print button to view a printable report with all the assigned work for the day.

My Schedule tab to show weekly or monthly assigned tasks
The "My Schedule" tab should offer a full weekly or monthly view of all the tasks assigned instead of only 1 day at a time
1 voteHey Tanya! This option is available as long as you have scheduled work to that technician for that far out. A technician can click on any date in the future to see work assigned to them (if any). Thanks!

"Assigned to" in the Task
Add an "assinged to" in the tech portal. Currently it just states that the task is assigned, but does not show who it is assigned to.

Planner/Supervisor/Manager set schedule instead of workday
Give the Planner/Supervisor/Manager access to change the schedule into efactory instead of pulling from Workday. This will allow the leadership to change the schedules to reflect sooner. Example emergency situations, out sick (especially with COVID). We already have to build the weeks schedule in EFactory we can do the same for our team members.

Ability for technicians to be ACTIVE on a task
We believe the functionality for a technician to go active on a task in real time would be value add. Would need the ability for multiple technicians to be active on a single task at the same time. We would like to have this functionality to allow for increased visibility and accountability in driving accuracy with our Tech Utilization numbers. This functionality would also all for a status monitor type of tool that would give visibility to the task that each technician is active on in real time. This would be valuable for accountability as well as for decision making…

Allow steps unmarked in PM Tasks
Allow steps unmarked in PM Tasks - Sometimes there are PM steps that the technician cant complete for some reason, there the system can request a comment or request the creation for FM Task, and then allow the technician to close the task.
11 votesThis is already a feature within eFactoryPro. When inside the PM Job Plan, there is a check-box to make the step either required or not. If the step is not required every time the task is performed, un-check this box.
Thanks!

Bin location on parts tab
In the Supply Chain tab of the technician portal, the parts section should show the bin location for quick reference lookup instead of having to actually looking up parts in the work order section. This is helpful for those individuals that are not familiar with the client portal to find all of the part information there.
5 votescompleted · AdminOldfield, Michelle (Business Analyst, Advanced Technology Services, Inc.) respondedThis was added to the new Part Search feature released with the Work Module in October 2022.

Printing daily schedules
We need to be able to easily print the weekly schedule, from the period capacity or the daily capacity (preferred). It would be nice to be able to print out a techs daily schedule as well.

Daily Capacity
Once assigned in daily capacity task should go away on Daily capacity – too much information on screen on left hand side to scroll through 200+ jobs / Or ability to filter jobs assigned vs not assigned
Jobs should move from day to day. What didn't get completed on Monday needs to be pushed to Tuesday
2 votesAs noted in the comments, the unassigned jobs filter is in place (you may need to scroll down), and the jobs are not automatically pushed to the next day as it was a business decision to align with the WEM process of requiring re-evaluation (as the job may not be a higher priority than the next day's already scheduled work).
