  2. Tasks screen side by side

    Instead of having the list of tasks on top and the task itself on the bottom. Orient them to have the list on the left and the task selected on the right. This is how most systems display lists and detail. Most monitors are widescreen.

  3. Add Task ID to the Feedback Section of Job Plan

    It would be nice to see where each feedback line originated from when viewing the feedback in the Job Plan view.

  4. eFP Spanish App and Traslation

    Need a way for eFP to translate across different languages, using both the desktop version and iPad app.

    Currently there is not a Spanish version of the eFP app. The work around for this, is that our Spanish preferred language users change the language settings of their computer, which changes the onscreen text to Spanish. The down side to this, is that any comments created in Spanish can not be translated onscreen to English.

    Also, the creation of the eFP (Spanish) iOS app would help those users utilize the iPads more efficiently.

  5. Add to the status bar Paid or Paid Not Received.

    Adding Paid or Paid Not Received would be better for credit card purchases that have to be received by the site before the order is shipped. This is a flaw in the system because the order is not actually received at the site.

    There is no option available to assign a technician to a recurring task. Only option is to do it manually every week.

    We are declining due to our Work Execution Management processes.


    We do not plan individual tasks to people. This holds true for PM, PdM, and Corrective Maintenance tasks. Our processes are in place to make our system less people specific and more process dependent.

  11. Need to see Soft Deleted Parts on screen and in reports.

    It would be very helpful if you could see which parts have been soft deleted, as well as those that are due to be soft deleted. They should show on screen and in reports.

  12. Add Supplier/Vendor ID to the Material and Service History Transaction Report

    Can we get a field for Supplier or Vendor ID added to the Material and Service History Transaction report? I have had sites asking for the best way to run Material Spend by asset by vendor for a group of equipment and having that added field would be helpful.

  13. Completed Workorders are locked and can not be opened again.

    Once a workorder is closed, it can not be opened again to add time or do anything that can be done as if it were open. This is very annoying as fellow techs will sometimes complete workorders and forget to put other techs time or sometimes the workorder is not fully accurate as something could be incorrect and can not be reopened at all to correct. Once a workorder is reviewed, it can not be accessed to edit, but completing a workorder should not be locked out for a tech. It would be very convenient and a very good idea…

  15. Gemba subtype for Work orders

    Add the subtype of the work order to say "Gemba" there are alot of work orders driven by Gemba walks and this will help serve as a tracking mechanism and make for easier data collection.

  17. Agregar una opcion (pin) En el portal del cliente para generar ordenes proactivas

    Actialmente en el portal del cliente se pueden generar ordenes correctivas y ordenes (otros) pero no se pueden generar actividades que hagan referencia a mantenimientos proactivos. En el sitio hay actividades que realizamos nosotros pero son soportes que el cliente requiere. Estas actividades no detienen maquina por parte de mantenimiento.
    Seria de mucha ayuda si el cliente desde un inicio pudiera solicitar el soporte a travez del sistema para tener la informacion siempre dentro del sistema.

  18. Add a red / green indicator to the "Summary" tab.

    It would be nice to have a red / green indicator on the "Summary" tab (just like all the other tabs have) to let technicians know that all items are complete, except for the "Status". I believe sometimes the tasks are not closed because all the other tabs are green and it makes it easier to leave the window before closing out the task.

  19. Font size Too Small

    Now that our plant has Monitors hanging from the ceiling it is difficult to see the Equipment that is Down or reduced status. CAN YOU INCREASE THE FONT SIZE. There seems to be plenty of room to do this. Thank you very much.
