BOM List from Portal Task
I would like to see the full BOM listing when i add a part to a task for an asset. It would not have to be automatic but if i had the option it would greatly improve my teams ability to find parts.

Ability to Edit Asset Number
Please add the ability to edit the asset number on a work order. The customer frequently enters the incorrect asset number and the only way to change it is to create a new work order.
1 voteThe asset number can be changed as long as no labor, notes, or parts have been added to the work order. After those have been added, we can't change the asset due to data being tied to those objects.

Schedule compliance PBI Metric
In the schedule compliance metric, the PMs are not considering as planned task until you indicated the start and finish planned, do that implies a lot of time because in a site there are 300 pms per week on average, and i consider its neecesary the pms will be taken by default as planned task in this metric
14 votesThere are measures in Power BI that already include all PMs as planned. The issue with the metric in question is most likely due to which data points were used to build the chart. This needs to be troubleshooted by the FMS System Support team.

Quick information on an asset based on Asset ID
Please add the capability to get basic information on a machine when an Asset ID is given. i.e. Description, sub location, pole location. Status i.e. up, down, reduced

Objects to be added
I’m working with site 065 here in the UK to analyse root causes and breakdown data.
We have a couple of difficulties with doing so because there are a number of very specialist machines which provide 90% of the product output in the facility. They are designed to turn plastic film into bags.
the majority of the object codes are listed as ‘other’ which doesn’t really help when looking at the whole asset population and those that are populated are too generic as these machines have a number of components that do not fit correctly into categories such as ‘heater’…1 voteDeclining the request due to the age of request without any votes or activity.

Need 3 Year PM Frequency in eFP 3.0
Pressurized vessels need to have safety relief valves replaced every 3 years (per industry standard and state inspector recommendation). We do not have the ability to create 3 year PMs at this time in eFP 3.0. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Thank you.

We currently have a three-year PM frequency in the system. You will want to use the Schedule Rule of TRIANNUAL, which will make your PM due every three calendar years.

Planning wizard
Would it be possible to turn the active task while in the planning wizard into a hyperlink to the task. Also it would be nice to see the requestor in the planning wizard. this would help me understand who i can contact while planning a task and if i have any questions

Follow up
Is there any way to automatically use the equipment number that you are currently making a follow up task for instead of having to physically put in the equipment number. Thank you!
5 votesThere is a lot of instances where the follow-up task would differ in asset from the PM. We would rather the technician take the time to enter the data in correctly.

Status Monitor showing equipment "On Hold"
Can we have a symbol or the words "On hold" added to any asset on the status monitor? It would be nice to be able to take a quick look to see what asset is on hold for parts/service/production. That way the techs would know what equipment they can fix right now and which ones are on hold. If they see something that was on hold for a while but no longer see the symbol or words than they know that the parts are here. We put a box around critical 1's and 2's and also have symbols identifying if…

I need to record all operator errors in Power BI
I need to be able to have Power BI pick up operator errors in work orders no matter if the machine was down or not.
Our customer is asking for them every month and when I run my report it's only show two. When in reality I had twenty two.Who can help me and get this fixed?

Get the Kitting function in the client operational. Giving a Kitted part its own part number with the sub components listed below.

Status Monitor - Scheduled Work Tracking
I would like to see when a planned job has a planned start date/time and when that time/date hit, it creates a malfunction automatically on the status monitor showing the planned downtime/job. I would also like to see this as a different color(green), to differentiate it as planned work and not an unscheduled downtime event.
9 votesThe business decided to not show equipment statuses on the scheduling screen in the Planner Portal. This created conflicting views when we tried to match it up with technician and parts availability.

Inventory PO with GNS carriage line
When receiving a parts/ inventory PO in the UK we have no option from the SCS screen in the client to view from the inventory receiving screen if there is a GNS carriage line to receipt in also. Neither screen provides this hence either the part isn't booked in or the carriage is missed. It would be beneficial if there was a way to view both from each screen to avoid invoice grief issues.
