DATA AVAILABLE FOR DIGITAL SIGNAGE
Good Morning, After hearing about the digital signage that is available and the ESM being our only EFP option. My idea is to make the Recent Customer Task Field available and auto refreshed.
2 votesDeclined because it goes against the standards and processes of Work Execution Management.

PM Compliance
PM Compliance- We have had situations where technicians have logged onto the wrong PM because they got confused by the dates. Can we incorporate a flag that pops up and explains that the PM will be out of compliance if they complete the PM. This would help the technicians identify which PM they are supposed to be working on.

Visual representation on the status monitor for when a down/reduced asset will be back online
Visual representation on the status monitor for when a down/reduced asset will be back online - i.e. the ability to add in manually or via EFP3 the return estimate date & time that the asset will be back online. Both ATS & Customer will be able to view this information and plan/communicate accordingly via the live feed reducing the need to send out manual status overview updates.
23 votesThe reason why we declined this is for a few reasons.
- Just because the asset is down does not mean it is a priority for all customers. A highly critical asset may need to break the daily or weekly schedule, but that may not be the case for a lower critical asset.
- In order for us to know when the task may be complete, the job would have to be planned. If the job is a reactive task that is Priority 1 or Priority 2, a planner would not be planning that task. We want the planners focused on Priority 3, 4, and 5 tasks for future schedules.
- It is risky to promise a completion time for tasks. Problems regularly come up during reactive jobs that extend the time it tasks to complete. This is why planned maintenance is much safer and efficient that unplanned maintenance.

Remove field "Quantity Rejected" from RECEIVING page of the eFP Client.
SCS sometimes mistakenly enter & post a qty. in the field named QUANTITY REJECTED when receiving parts on a PO. This field doesn't appear to be necessary and should be removed or disabled so this error doesn't continue to occur.

SCS should not have the ability to change the Criticality on an Asset/Equipment ID in the eFP Client
Supply Chain Specialists should not have the ability to change the Criticality on an Asset/Equipment ID in the eFP Client
1 voteSupply Chain Specialists do not have the ability to update equipment records. If they are assigned another role that does have that capability, such as the Supervisor role, then they will be able to edit equipment records. I have communicated this to the requestor as well.

Site Specific BOMs
The BOM situation is terrible right now. I have parts for Trumpf lasers showing under the bom for my paint booth that has a specific asset number. I have an oven that shows over 800 parts on the bom, most of which have nothing to do with an oven. Those are just two examples. We did not have this problem when our assets had their own bom instead of being shared across all sites.
I should also mention that we do not even have any Trumpf equipment at our site, so its not like the parts were ordered under the…

Add 2 year and 24 month choices for PM contract schedule rule, there are 4 year and 5 year choices, but no choices for 2 or 3 year?
Add 2 year and 24 months to the drop down in the client pm schedule rule
1 voteWas able to clarify with user that bi-annual frequency is to be used for PMs that should be performed every two years. A PM that should occur twice a year should have the semi-annual frequency.

Add cost to WO Information parts tab next to quantity
Our technicians currently would have to go to multiple reports or persons onsite to find out how much a part cost for a Work Order. When generating cost savings, it would be much faster if the technician could see the cost of the part on the work order next to quantity of parts under the parts tab.
1 votePer Mack Brown, part costs will not be made visible to site users in the technician Portal. A modified Power BI report will be used to get this information to them.

PO's / REQ's In "Post Pending" Status
We should be able to see All PO's for our Site that are in "Post Pending" Status Without Searching For A Req or PO. I have had a few PO's that have arrived on site that I am not able to receive . I am also wondering if this has anything to do with the New EDI requirement?
1 voteStatus filter on the Purchase Order screen allows users to filter their site’s purchase orders by the Post Pending status.

Customer Portal: Allow customer to designate WO as any priority level
I see response to other request/idea about manual priority selection, but we currently have quite a few customer WOs that are currently designated Emergency that do not warrant an immediate response. Would help customer engineers prioritize work that needs to be done, as we lack a planner scheduler on site
1 voteAfter reviewing this request with the OpEx leadership team, they have decided to continue with the current process of letting the system determine priority on customer requests. If the customer does not want an immediate response, they should not select the “requires immediate response” option when they create a work order.

Reports
I would like to have a scheduled report emailed to me daily at 6:00 am that contains all down equipment in my area. I would like it to include WO #, Asset ID, Asset location, Asset description, created on date, description of problem, technician assigned to the malfunction. I would like this in an excel format. This is something that could be set up in the CMMS that we used in KK (Llumin). Is it something that can be set up through efactory?

add Equipment ID to Technician screen
Expand the technician work screen: add Equipment ID to the table
1 voteDue to limited space on-screen, the Asset ID and Asset Description fields (Equipment and Description on-screen) were chosen to be displayed in the Task Summary screen. These fields are the ones that sites typically recognize and are not a system generated ID like the Equipment ID field.
With that being said, we are going to make the Equipment field on the Task Summary a hyperlink. This will allow users to link directly to the Equipment information from within a task, allowing them to see additional information such as Equipment ID.
