Add a Status Reason for "Waiting on Engineering"
We often find ourselves with downtime that is waiting on Manufacturing Engineers in order to get the machine up and running. Adding a hold status reasoning for "Waiting on Engineering" would help us get all of the machines that need engineers to be more readily visible to both us and the customer, as well as helping drive for lower down counts.

Add Task Type field to the Shift Turnover Report
I would like to request adding the Task Type field to the Shift Turnover Report.
Currently, the report only shows the task type or the job plan associated with the task (column tasktemplateID) but it does not consistently include the specific Task Type field. Because of this, planners must check additional reports to identify the correct task type when reviewing or validating the data.Adding this field would:
Improve data visibility for sites
Reduce the need to cross-reference multiple reports
Speed up planner review and validation
Increase consistency with other reports that already include added fields
I believe this enhancement…

Adding a created date column to the period capacity
Adding a created date column to the period capacity so that you can easily see the age of tickets when adding to daily capacity. This will allow planners to more easily identify the age of tickets when building schedule and they know that they need to verify before moving into schedule. In theory tickets should be planned around the time they are created but this is not always the case.

Failure Code Update
Currently there are no failure codes related to Washdowns or electrical shorts due to items getting wet. Can we add failure codes to capture this.

Customer adding attachments to WOs when they make them
I know this has been suggested before and the concern was bad actors would add malicious files. I'm wondering if it would be possible to let the customers add attachments in the screen where they enter new WOs and not just at any point in the process. I know it would be very beneficial to our site for customers to be able to enter pictures of problems.

MHM generated Work orders showing up on Status Monitor.
possible Status Monitor feature for MHM / EFP integration. When MHM creates a work order in EFP. It shows up on the Status monitor as like maybe a yellow block or magenta block or something. I assume most MHM generated work orders would be "up" work orders and most sites ignore or even hide Up assets on status monitors. But having MHM generated work orders show up on status monitor would 1. alert the supervisor or whoever is monitoring status monitor of an MHM event. 2. Food Safety Codes
We dont have a good way to track food safety related work order data. Suggestion is to Add "Food Safety" as a subtype, Treated like "Safety." Makes priority of Task 1. Shows up on Status Monitor as top priority for Symbol. Can be filtered in Task Grid and in Scheduling screens (Daily Capacity). A "Food Safety" symbol appears in Daily Capacity so it can be easily Identified. In a separate column on the Task Grid than the Safety Column. Adding BIN number to exported list for inactive SLOB count.
When running a repost for active SLOB in PowerBI, it would be nice if the BIN the part is assigned to was listed as well.

Job plan steps format the same in the task as when viewed in planning
Text doesn't format the same between the job plan step editor and the actual task steps. A new text line in the planner doesn't show in the task, it just runs on until the end of the spacing. This makes it tricky to see each step as it's meant to be displayed, especially when there are multiple steps.
How the step displays in the job plan editor:
__1. Verify that machine specific Lockout/Tagout procedures are posted in clear sight for this equipment.

Work Order Entry Screen Malfunction Update
Today, when the customer enters a work order on the customer screen, they can very easily miss or bypass specifying a malfunction because the field defaults to None. In order to have more data accuracy, and require less rework after the work orders are entered, the malfunction status should be an empty required field that forces you to make a selection.

Change WO from RCT to OTH
Work is being raised as reactive despite many reminders that it is not a reactive job. The majority are "Other" as they relate to projects, planned calibration, machinery being removed from site, or moved from one location to another. My idea is to allow SM / DFO to change them from RCT to OTH

Work Order Type can now be changed if a task doesn't have any parts or malfunctions tied to it.

Display original job plan # copied from if any on job plan summary.
Original job plan that was copied from no longer listed on new job plan since planning module update. Before the planning portal refresh, when you looked at a job plan, it showed if there was a job plan that this plan was copied from. That information is no longer displayed. Would like that information displayed in the job plan summary like it used to be.

Asset/Technician column is needed for the review module
In order to check orders by asset, we require this column for proper identification. Currently, supervisors must open each task individually to perform their duties, but implementing this option will significantly streamline access to and organization of the information.
Additionally, including a 'Technician (name)' column would further assist supervisors in accessing this information more efficiently, thereby facilitating their work and improving overall workflow.

Ability for Technician to search for parts using the "Old Material Number" in the Tech Portal.
A Tech should be able to perform a targeted search on the "Old Material Number" (stripped MFG part number) in the Tech Portal. They should also be able to use wildcards ( * ) just like how we can search for Parts in the Client.

Add a Field to show 'Assigned To' in the Period Capacity Page
Need a field to show who the task is currently assigned to. My list contains over 300 tasks and is very difficult to find the task you are looking for as not all tasks have an asset ID. This would help massively.

Need Building Location Listed in Scheduling Portal -period capacity
We really need the Building Location listed in the Scheduling Portal -period capacity. We use this column to sort different Asset lines (contain several Asset numbers).
