Need Better Event Logging of Who Changes Tasks
Better event logging is needed. Need to know who changes downtime, who completed a work order, and who modified times inputted into work order.

PM Task Duration Report
Need to be able to pull the open PM tasks with a the task duration already included. Right now it's a manual process and increases non-value added work to our day.
1 voteThis information is available from the Shift Turnover Report. By using the Task Status and WO Type filters, you can filter for open proactive work. The results include a column for task duration, which is the planned duration in hours for the PM.

Enable us to minimize the split screen to view the tasks in full screen.
On the tasks display the split screen is used. It should be able to be minimized when not needed, this will give more screen space when looking through tasks.
3 votesThe task detail panel can currently be downsized, allowing the user to utilize the full screen for going through the list of tasks.

Shorten steps for creating MPRO
Creating a proactive work order in the portal actually creates an MRCT. The only way to make a proper MPRO is to do it in the client
Creating a proactive work order in the client takes a lot of steps, and a lot of time.
I'm hoping this thought can go towards the planned Planner/Scheduler part of the portal, but we really need a way to shorten these steps. If we have to create 5+ work orders with so many steps, it takes a very long time in the client. And there isn't a way to PROPERLY do it in…

Technician Filtering in Supervisor Portal
When filtering out the Technician tab in the 'Assign Task' column of the Supervisor Portal, it is no longer possible to select the Technician from the drop down. Therefore i am unable to filter out each Technician. For example if i input Equals 'Colin Sansom' in the filter i get all results for Colin Loveless, Colin Sansom and Alex Sansom.

Printing a Task Template ID
We are able to print a Task Template ID that has been generated to a work order but we cannot print out a Task Template ID that has been created but not yet generated to a work order. It would be helpful if we could.
1 voteRay, thank you for your feedback! All task templates can be printed using the Task Template Report, located in the SSRS reporting tool. This report allows you to pull all the steps assigned to a task template, so you can see the instructions of a PM in detail.

Add work order / task filter to Accumulated Labor Report
Is it possible to add a work order or task number filter to the Accumulated Labor Report? This would allow me to obtain labor hours data for a specific work order / Task.

Work Order Completion without Task Completion
Technician is able to complete the work order and not the task. Is this a bug? Finding these under Supervisor Review Role.

Report: Add Work Order ID to Task Sub-Type Report the
Add to the Task Sub-Type Report the orders generated from the eFactory Pro 3.0 Portal, currently this report does not show all orders generated, only showing the orders that are generated from the eFactory Pro Client

Shift Turnover Report change
Why has the Calendar function or "Select a Value" feature from the Task Created To line on the Shift Turnover Report disappeared? That gave us the functionality to set our own dates and tailor a specific report. Why the change with no input from the users? I liked being able to set my own start and end dates.

While we certainly understand your desire to run a report for a custom date range, the report was causing performance issues when ran for an extended period of time. By giving the report set date ranges to select from, we can prevent speed issues and reports timing out entirely. In this way, we can ensure that all users are able to continue using the report simultaneously.

Reports: Standard shift turnover report
Design a page within the tech portal to display a standardized shift turnover report with the option to email and print.
Have it auto generate a list of tasks that had labor time put against them for a set time and date range. Give it the option to add in 'shift turnover' task, notes and a place to manually add in a new task.
5 votesAll reports are routed through the SSRS reporting website, in order to minimize speed issues in the Portal. We are creating a new report called the Task Event Report that will allow you to see all tasks that had activity over a given date range.

Name, Last Name and email by deffault when customer create a WO with customer users
The customer in site 025 is requesting if it is possible that at the moment of creating a work order appears by default Name, address and email by customer user, so if you can review this request we appreciate it.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to default a name and email for customers that are using the generic CUST account, since we do not know which operator is entering the work order. If the customer is using a named account specifically assigned to them, then their name and email address will default into the work order creation screen.

Recent tasks goes directly to open work orders only.
When you click on recent customer tasks it would be nice if it pulled up only open work orders right off. Then if we needed to look at something else IE: canceled, completed, hold, etc. We could use the drop down and select thaat.

Part Need quantity edit
Fix the Part Needs edit action so I can edit the the quantity. Otherwise, I have to delete the part need and add a need for the same part with the new quantity.
2 votesThank you for your feedback. Per the Director of MRO and Supply Chain, PO bundling will be negatively affected if part needs are canceled or updated after it has been submitted. Part needs can be entered multiple times on a task for the same part.

Workorder viewing space.
There is not enough viewing space. Reduce the size of the header lines and frame around the workorder and WO/Task panes. Make the WO/Task pane a tab that is accessed by selecting a workorder from the list.
