  2. Make an Open Requisition Report

    A report to see the open requisitions the buyers have not filled yet. Every morning i run the open PO report, it would be nice to run an open req report so we don't have to go through each one to find the one we want to edit or escalate

    In SAP 2 we had links to Quality Recognition, Email, Workday, FMS Tech Library, RCA Tool, etc etc, We also had the ability to click Hours confirmed and verify our hours on work orders, Are there plans to add these functions to SAP 3.0?

  5. Parts have no description on Parts Need page.

    It would be helpful to have a “description” in the Part Need screen so technicians can see what parts are already on order. If there are numerous parts on order, they will only see "New Part" or they will see part #'s and Mfg, but there are no descriptions of what the parts actually are. This gets confusing on jobs with numerous parts.

  7. Team filtering and inclusion for Technician Utilization Metrics

    Currently our sites tech utilization metric only shows the maintenance technicians who report to the Site Manager. Is there a way to add a tech utilization metric chart for the T&D technicians that report to me, or add them to the sites existing tech utilization chart? I know the site manager is being pushed to improve tech utilization, but when our utilization chart is only reflecting half of the technicians at the site it can be deceiving to others.

  8. Customer Accounting Code for each Part ID and on the Billable PO report

    The Billable PO report needs to have a customer account field as a requirement of the customer. This will need to be addressed before the end of the month to appropriately invoice the customer. See previously submitted materials invoices to the site 445 USG customer as a reference. Each part number needs to have an attached accounting code.

  9. Update requested location for New Part Need

    When performing a "NEW PART" need within the tech portal, the system defaults to "ATS" for the location. There are parts that are "CUSTOMER" only. Can we add an input box/window that gives techs the option to choose either "ATS" or "CUSTOMER" for the part "LOCATION"?

  11. Entered work order checkpoint

    Recent customer tasks should not contain PM's. The title leads me to believe that we should only see work orders that were manually entered in the last 24hr (72hr for Monday) period. We need a way of easily finding what would have been considered a notification in eFP2. Our customer (and techs) should be capable of making a work order but there needs to be a checkpoint for site leadership (planner/SM/customer management) to have a say in whether the job should actually be done.     Hello, if you are creating a work order and clicking into the Description window, the screen will shift. The current design forces the screen to shift in order to view the Submit screen. This is not a defect of the system, but rather a design implementation that needs to be reviewed.

  13. NEW INVENTORY PART NUMBER REQUEST

    I AM THE CMS FOR NKC ANS I AM BEING TOLD THAT THE ONLY WAY TO GET A NEW INVENTORY PART NUMBER IS THROUGH A WORKORDER. MANY TIMES THE CUSTOMER WANTS ME TO ORDER PARTS AND PUT IN STOCK SO THEY HAVE THEM WHEN THEY ARE NEEDED. THERE IS NO NEED FOR A WORK ORDER YET. IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO REQUEST A NEW INVENTORY PART NUMBER. ANN BOWMAN

    Hello Ann,

    Unfortunately there is no other way of getting a new inventory part number unless you go through a part need, with a work order.

  19. Part Transactions-Need to Show Work Order

    For the Parts Transaction ID, it doesn't show the work order number the part was consumed. This is vital so that we can follow up with our techs. Thanks.

    On the Part Transaction, there is a field called “Reference ID” that shows the associated Work Order ID. ex. RID:13475. The comments will also say “Work Order Issue”. Thank you.

  20. Hours confrimed

    It would be nice if we could see the hours confirmed for ourselves on the upper portion of the efactory pro, just like the old one use to have. We have no idea how many hours have been confirmed.
