Codigos de reparacion
A mi punto de vista , esta buena la idea de mejora el sistema , pero creo prudente que cada sitio debe de tener sus códigos de reparación ya que en cada sitio las maquinas son diferentes y por ende el refaccionamiento es diferente . ademas de tener mas claro la información en la base de datos

Make more User friendly Group List
Option to adjust group list to have most used at top of list by as set by individual user.
Ex: -RIW -RIW: Phase 1 ..... I dont need these at the top of my list having them at top pushes the groups i use lower down.2 votes -

Parts Needs Forecast
A report that will look at all needed materials on all open PMs, show the availability (in stock or not) and the pm compliance dates. This would help with kitting and verifying all needed parts are at least on order for future PMs with customer promise dates prior to compliance due dates.

list Task# on feedback
Description :
eFactory Pro 3.0 Planner/Scheduler portal - Job Plans, Job plan feed back. Please add Task# to Feedback.Job plans are used on multiple assets and work orders. Sometimes feedback is machine specific. The list of feedback for any given job plan does not list the Task# that the feedback was entered on. With hundreds of work orders using the same job plan in a given month, it becomes very difficult to validate the feedback.

Select all on period capacity – able to select all will be able to move all over to execution faster

Mass Cancel tasks in Ready Backlog
Allow sites to mass cancel open tasks from the Period capacity screen that are no longer needed or past PM dates.

BOM
It would benefit the technician if we could see the bill of material (BOM) on the work order for that specific piece of equipment. This was good on efactory 2.0.

Change Priority in Period Capacity to Scheduler
Allow sites to change priority on a task from the period capacity screen in the scheduling portal. This would allow us to be able to move it to the current week without having to go back and forth between the P/S role and the Tech role.

Technicians wish to see compliance window in My Schedule
Technicians have requested the ability to see the compliance window on the My Schedule view in the new system. This will allow for corrections in case the supervisor or planner schedule the PM incorrectly.

Unit of measure on req/po and the ability to issue parts out by unit of measure
include a drop down for unit of measure on REQ (EA,CS,PCK,BX,LB, etc.) allowing definition by SCS what quantity they are requesting. There then should be a place to define how many units per case and this information should be recorded under the "Supplier parts" tab under the "Parts" section of the system. Once item is received in, you should be able to issue part by unit of measure (EA,CS,PCK,BX) allowing for more accurate inventory and PO receipt relation as well as inventory actual cost on hand information.

Portal login screen asks for email address where the customer logs in; it should ask for site number or user name.
