Technician Name Populated on Goods Receiving Document
Technician Name and Task or Work Order Number needs to be displayed on the goods receiving document in the Client. Currently i have to come out of the Client and into the Technician Portal and find the Task to find out which Technician ordered the part.

Task Planned Proccess Easier and Quicker
Would be helpful to have a quick access to the planner portal into the task to plan the task you are working on it, then once planned back to the task, and dont have to copy the task number, load the planner portal and search the task you want to plan. This would be easier and quiker our work.

Add currency valuation function so we can get an accurate value of inventory and material usage by asset in the UK and Mexico
eFP3 currently has no foreign currency functionality. This means we are unable to manage inventory in the UK & Mexico using the system. Similarly all material usage by asset reports are inaccurate.
In order to globally utilise eFP3 effectively and efficiently the addition of a foreign currency function is required.
This would enable reports to be run in various currencies or to convert all values into a single currency. This could be as simple as a one-time conversion at the point of raising the PO based on a monthly exchange rate.

To add a field for indicate if a Pm was audited
One opportunity that we see in e-Factory is that the system doesn´t have a field for to indicate if the PM was audited. We are suggesting a field as a check mark and with this, to get the option in a report for to verify quickly how many pm´s were audited. The field may be add to Shift turn over report.

SCS need ability to add parts to BoM
Currently only SM & PS have access to manually add Part IDs to BoM. The SCS also needs this ability.

Provide ability to return parts to suppliers on PO they were bought on
Please provide the ability to return parts to suppliers on the same PO they were bought on even if ATS has already paid the supplier's invoice. We should be able to enter an RMA # from supplier and properly process any restocking fees by passing those fees on to our customer or choosing to absorb those fees internally if the return is not the fault of our customer. This process should also show as a credit to our customers on the monthly Billable PO report used for invoicing our customers.

Parent-Child Asset Relation Functionality
Need to have a parent-child relationship function added to the system. This is necessary for metrics, as if a child asset goes down, that is where the WO is put to. The parent asset is affected as a whole, though, so downtime needs to be considered there as well.

Part Status Icon located on work order's reserved parts listing.
Place a button along with "View Part Bin Info, Consume Part Need, Edit Part Need, and Cancel part need" that would query the parts need table and return if the req was released, due date, and tracking number for shipment.

Need tech portal access to asset notes like you can in client for high level information
Our site does not have the crib. Needs to be a way to see asset notes from the portal that are posted in the client. We can post important information like part numbers, set ups and so on in the client but very few people can see the information

Require Standard Part Nomenclature to Part Description
Parts need a standard description to search parts effectively (ex: All 1-7/16" 4-bolt Flange Block Bearings should be listed as: "1-7/16IN ID; 4B; FB" or all 480V 15HP 3500RPM 215 C-face motors should be listed as "15HP; 3500RPM; 215TC; 480V"). This will greatly increase the buyer and supply chain specialist's abilities to source parts from other local sites, vendors, or manufacturers.
If possible, this could be done as "required fields" when entering new parts into the system that auto-generate a part description from the fields.19 votes -

Required Data Entry / Meter-Gauge Readings
There isn't an existing method to enter and record critical data that is needed to be collected, monitored, and trended. Requesting a form to allow critical data readings to be entered, recorded, and imported into Excel and/or PowerBI for historical trending.

Photos for parts
I think it would be a huge asset if we could add photos of parts to the database that appear where the "robot arm" is located in the parts screen. Would be good to be allowed multiple photos with arrows to cycle through them. I realize this could open an avenue for error but if a process for validation is created the benefits would be great I think.

Add to shift turn over report if a task was marked as PROACTIVE
Hi, there´s no reports in SSRS that shows if a task was marked as PROACTIVE. This information will help a lot to the Planners & Schedulers if they want to see quickly which task are PROACTIVE, not just the Pm´s, PD´s and FM´s. I request add this information in the Shift Turn Over report and in Labor report.

Tech Portal: Equipment Screen - Attachments
In the portal under the Technician/Equipment screen, there are 2 buttons (Summary and Work Orders), can we get another tab for attachments.
We have various calibration and service history documents that would be easier to locate by asset instead of having to search for the specific task that has the calibration document attached

Parts search and adding
Adding parts to a work order is to complicated. It is taking technicians double the time to find the part in the system and then add it to the work order. I like what was added as far as the advanced filtering capabilities goes but that should be a separate option. Having the search default to the BOM of the equipment is not helpful since not every item you work on has an asset id. We need a basic search capability like we had before with my site stock and that would satisfy 90% of all technician parts needs.

Add Asset Description into Work Order Report
Add the field ASSET DESCRIPTION into WORK ORDER REPORT. The reason is that in some assets, is not posiible to put an standar label because the agresive environment. One good example is Caterpillar Ramos Arizpe , Mexico (site 0024) where the business is a foundry.

Add Equipment creation date in the Equipment list report
We need that the Equipment list in the SS reports cointains the date of creation of each equipment. We are having this request from our customers.
