Priority 1 and 2 tickets
Priority 1 and 2 tickets only populate in the daily capacity for the week they are created. They no longer transfer to following schedule weeks within the daily capacity unless manually scheduled. Please change this back to where they maintain being in the daily capacity until completed. Instances where priority 1 or 2 tickets continue on to following scheduled weeks are typically due to parts orders, needing OEM support, or if a priority 1 safety ticket populates on a Wednesday evening (the end of our scheduling week), and is not resolved before Thursday morning (the beginning of the following schedule…

Add a Status Reason for "Waiting on Engineering"
We often find ourselves with downtime that is waiting on Manufacturing Engineers in order to get the machine up and running. Adding a hold status reasoning for "Waiting on Engineering" would help us get all of the machines that need engineers to be more readily visible to both us and the customer, as well as helping drive for lower down counts.

Add gearbox to the Object field under Add Repair Code
A big chunk of work goes under "see comments" when working motor/gearbox issues because no gearbox option exists and gear is too generic. This will aid in separating out work during analysis.

Bring back the capability of seeing who is assigned and when they are assigned a task in period capacity when clicking on the task!!!!

Adding a created date column to the period capacity
Adding a created date column to the period capacity so that you can easily see the age of tickets when adding to daily capacity. This will allow planners to more easily identify the age of tickets when building schedule and they know that they need to verify before moving into schedule. In theory tickets should be planned around the time they are created but this is not always the case.

MHM generated Work orders showing up on Status Monitor.
possible Status Monitor feature for MHM / EFP integration. When MHM creates a work order in EFP. It shows up on the Status monitor as like maybe a yellow block or magenta block or something. I assume most MHM generated work orders would be "up" work orders and most sites ignore or even hide Up assets on status monitors. But having MHM generated work orders show up on status monitor would 1. alert the supervisor or whoever is monitoring status monitor of an MHM event. 2. Add the ability to create alert conditions for individual assets in the Event Monitor
Currently, alerts can only be set up based on the list found below. Our customer is requesting alerts on specific assets. Can Asset ID be included in this list?

Customer adding attachments to WOs when they make them
I know this has been suggested before and the concern was bad actors would add malicious files. I'm wondering if it would be possible to let the customers add attachments in the screen where they enter new WOs and not just at any point in the process. I know it would be very beneficial to our site for customers to be able to enter pictures of problems.

Could we add the possibility of having a 'Food Safety' option, just like there is a 'Safety Option' when entering a WO.

Daily Capacity Report
I like how we can export the Daily Capacity Report to Excell, but it does not have information needed to do anything with it other than how many minutes the job takes and who's assigned. Could we get the criticality and Status information to go along with the export.

Would it be possible to add a field that contains the number of comments on the work order. I commonly look for historical events that all had many notes on them because I know they tie to machine events I've had before.

Auto-populate tasks in the feed when they are submitted
Add a live feed or auto-refresh to the task and workorder portals so we don't have to refresh as often. When a work order/Task comes in it'll automatically populate the feed.
