  1. Adding the parts section to the WO print out

    It would be beneficial for the Techs if the parts need section appeared when a WO is printed. Currently there is a part used section, and I would think that we could add a sub set in this section of the print out.

  2. Add to shift turn over report if a task was marked as PROACTIVE

    Hi, there´s no reports in SSRS that shows if a task was marked as PROACTIVE. This information will help a lot to the Planners & Schedulers if they want to see quickly which task are PROACTIVE, not just the Pm´s, PD´s and FM´s. I request add this information in the Shift Turn Over report and in Labor report.

  3. MACHINE DETAILS ON WORKORDER IN THE CLIENT.

    When looking up a work order in the Client it no longer (very rarely) shows you the work order details for machine. The is crucial to us (sc & s/p) to have this.

    **I have placed in tickets and no matter what it has always come back as "resolved" even if it the problem has not been corrected.

  4. Part Status Icon located on work order's reserved parts listing.

    Place a button along with "View Part Bin Info, Consume Part Need, Edit Part Need, and Cancel part need" that would query the parts need table and return if the req was released, due date, and tracking number for shipment.

  5. Need tech portal access to asset notes like you can in client for high level information

    Our site does not have the crib. Needs to be a way to see asset notes from the portal that are posted in the client. We can post important information like part numbers, set ups and so on in the client but very few people can see the information

  9. Include the assigned team in subject of notification emails

    I appreciate the email notifications for when tasks are assigned, completed, etc. However, as a planner/scheduler, it would be very beneficial to me to have the team name tasks are assigned to in the subject of the email delivered to me.

  10. Add "Asset ID" column to PM List report in ATS_FMS_Reports

    Add "Asset ID" column to PM List report in ATSFMSReports.
    It would be more efficient to have the Asset ID showing on the PM List report.

  12. Make Malfunction Type a mandatory selection when creating an equipment work order

    When creating a work order on a piece of equipment, you should have to choose a malfunction type. It is too easy to create a work order and forget about changing the malfunction type from Up to Reduced or Down. Most of our work orders are coming in Up even though the equipment is down. I just made this mistake myself when creating a work order. Even if it is Up, we should have to select something.

  15. New rule in escalation system (Event Monitor)

    We need a escalation rule with Malfunction Type, actually we only have Operating Status as an option, provoking that work orders with Malfunction Type UP as PMs, TR, EV, CM, etc sending notification

  17. Suma de Horas de mano de Obra

    Algo que ayudaría mucho es agregar la opción de sumar las horas de mano de obra de una semana o fecha determinada.
    O como mínimo que cuando se genere el reporte de Excel en la columna de DURACION, el valor de la celda sea sumable, así al generar el reporte podremos seleccionar de una fecha a otra y poder realizar la sumatoria de Horas de mano de obra totales de la semana.

  20. Mejores ocpiones para el cliente al colocar una orden

    Se requiere que el sistema de ordenes del cliente muestre opciones de eventos o soporte cunado el equipo este CAIDO pero la tarea no sea responsabilidad directa de mantenimiento.

    Actualmente el cliente esta cometiendo el error de colocarnos ordenes con status CAIDO y la tarea es soporte en actividades de ellos como setup o fixtures. Realmente el equipo esta CAIDO para ellos mas sin embargo nos afecta a nosotros por que se cataloga como REACTIVO.
