Improve "Feedback" function in Planning/job plans.
When sorting by "Feedback" in Planning/job plans, need to be able to tell if we have already addressed that issue. Today, when we sort by Feedback, it lists every job plan with feedback that was ever created. In order to see what has been addressed and what is new, the Planner has to re-review EVERY feedback note. Very impractical.

Daily Capacity Report
I like how we can export the Daily Capacity Report to Excell, but it does not have information needed to do anything with it other than how many minutes the job takes and who's assigned. Could we get the criticality and Status information to go along with the export.

Obsolete parts still pull in EFP
Parts marked as obsolete in EFP/SMP are populating when technicians search for parts in EFP. This leads to confusion and as of recently, lead to improper part handling and consumption at the site. Obsolete parts should not populate in a search on the user end, much like decommissioned and scrapped assets do not populate when you search for them when creating a work order.

Would it be possible to add a field that contains the number of comments on the work order. I commonly look for historical events that all had many notes on them because I know they tie to machine events I've had before.

Predictive Maintenance still generates
PDM tasks should generate as PdM task types instead of PM. Also, there should be some differentiation in FM tasks based on whether they come from PdM and PM's to allow for easier data analysis of PM and PdM Effectiveness.

We need the ability to sort completed workorders by the date it was completed.
Customer wants us to report out weekly on FMs created and FMs completed but if we complete an FM from 3 months ago it's more difficult to find without the ability to search by date completed.

Food Safety clicker / Adding Attachments
Could we add the possibility of having a 'Food Safety' option, just like there is a 'Safety Option' when entering a WO.
Also, could the customer portal have the option of adding a picture.

Auto-populate tasks in the feed when they are submitted
Add a live feed or auto-refresh to the task and workorder portals so we don't have to refresh as often. When a work order/Task comes in it'll automatically populate the feed.

Pictures/Attachments at the Task Level
Provide the ability to add in Pictures and Documents at the task step level. This will provide more direction on the activities required by the technicians and enable the ability to provide more detailed procedures to support the execution of steps during work on a machine.
