    Description :
    eFactory Pro 3.0 Planner/Scheduler portal - Job Plans, Job plan feed back. Please add Task# to Feedback.

    Job plans are used on multiple assets and work orders. Sometimes feedback is machine specific. The list of feedback for any given job plan does not list the Task# that the feedback was entered on. With hundreds of work orders using the same job plan in a given month, it becomes very difficult to validate the feedback.

  3. Technicians wish to see compliance window in My Schedule

    Technicians have requested the ability to see the compliance window on the My Schedule view in the new system. This will allow for corrections in case the supervisor or planner schedule the PM incorrectly.

    It would benefit the technician if we could see the bill of material (BOM) on the work order for that specific piece of equipment. This was good on efactory 2.0.

  6. Change Priority in Period Capacity to Scheduler

    Allow sites to change priority on a task from the period capacity screen in the scheduling portal. This would allow us to be able to move it to the current week without having to go back and forth between the P/S role and the Tech role.

  8. Unit of measure on req/po and the ability to issue parts out by unit of measure

    include a drop down for unit of measure on REQ (EA,CS,PCK,BX,LB, etc.) allowing definition by SCS what quantity they are requesting. There then should be a place to define how many units per case and this information should be recorded under the "Supplier parts" tab under the "Parts" section of the system. Once item is received in, you should be able to issue part by unit of measure (EA,CS,PCK,BX) allowing for more accurate inventory and PO receipt relation as well as inventory actual cost on hand information.

  17. PM status change option in planner portal

    Can the supervisors or planners have the ability to cancel work orders in the planner portal, either in the daily capacity or period capacity views?

    Also, an alternative to "Cancel" missed PM's, since they were not technically cancelled. I don't mind the extra time it takes since it shouldn't be easy. But a better option that more accurately reflects the situation:
    Missed-Customer - Due to customer constraints
    Missed-Maintenance - Example, equipment not found, low staff, etc
    Skipped - Example, in shop for repairs, awaiting parts, etc.

    To show in the drop down window with Cancel, Cancel-Duplicate, etc.
    Just more robust…

  19. Need to add "NDA EARLY AM" to delivery type menu when processing requisitions.

    Need to add "NDA EARLY AM" to delivery type dropdown menu when processing requisitions. This would help with enhancing communication because there are scenarios when "EARLY AM" is needed versus just "NEXT DAY". It's known that the buyer typically selects delivery type when processing req. into POs, but to help enhance communication, the SCS should be able to select delivery type as part of req. processing. If the urgency changes during the transition, then buyer can update as needed.

  20. Error de suministro de aire

    Si la maquina no activa el aire, la causa mas probable es que el sistema electrico no hace el aterrizamiento de la corriente directa el voltaje a tierra a el sumistro de energia, en este caso el boton de paro hace la intermitencia de ese aterrizamiento.
