Task View
When I scroll down to look for a particular task and find and open the task, I found the task list jumps back to top of the list and then I have to scroll through the list again to find what I was looking for. I suppose if I noted the task number it would not be that big of an issue, but it would be handy if the list just stayed in the position that I stopped. Really a pain when you have multiple Work Orders.

When scheduling a task in period or daily capacity - flag the that additional tasks exist for that asset.
Period - Will help us ensure we're scheduling all open tasks for an asset that can be completed at once - planned correctives and current PMs.
Daily - So we visit the asset only once

Part number search should disregard dashes, slashes, etc.
When searching for a part, if the number has a dash it will not show any results if you do not type the dash.

Malfunction Edit
We noticed recently we lost the ability to add a malfunction to a task if the task was initially created without one. This disables us from editing the malfunction during the review process without deleting the work order and creating a new one. This needs to be corrected in order to maintain the integrity of equipment downtime. We cannot rely on creating a separate work order any time this needs to be edited. This is the case for both production and technician created work orders.

Planner Portal scheduling board that has a weekly view For PS to drop an entire weeks schedule onto that can have individual days selected
currently I use an Excel workbook with a sheet for each day. i print out each day and bring it to tier one meetings for technicians and a copy is emailed to customer so they know what machines we plan on taking each day. every cell on that page has to be filled out on every task each day of each week.
I propose a week display where you fill in a selected task number and it auto populates the rest of the information (asset iD, description of task, a blank notes section that can add notes if needed, planned…3 votes -

Adding time to wo
When adding labor it is difficult to change the start time maybe add a way to set your start time or delete the old time and type in the new currently I need to use a mouse to double click the time to be able to type in the actual time

External teams check box in scheduling Portal (Ready Backlog/Period Capacity).
At sites with multiple contractors and a large number of teams, It would be great if there was an external teams check box that could exclude or include tasks assigned to those teams in the ready backlog. Currently can only select up to 3 teams at a time in the teams filter. Being able to Exclude 3 or 4 teams and leave all remaining teams would be a great way to filter the backlog for appropriate work.

Revert to original portal search/sort features vs filters
The filters are extremely inefficient. Also, filters takes away the ability to see examples of what is included in the column.

When a workorder is scheduled for more than one person it shouldn't be able to be closed out until everyone has closed their section. The way it is now once someone closes it the others who haven't put their time in do does not get their time accounted for.

headers to big
all of the 'Header' boxes are too tall , when you open a ticket Half the screen is just headers.
even viewing the works order / tasks/ parts etc. screen the headers take up a third of the screen.1 vote -

Bin location having parent bin location
Having the ability to add parent loc (ex. aisles) so that when you are running a cycle count you can run it for the parent location (ex. aisle) rather than having to input each specific bin location. This would help sites with larger crib inventory to reduce time wasted bouncing around the crib.
We have 484 bin loc on our K aisle (7944 total bins currently). If we could generate our cycle count by the K aisle this would allow us to break our cycle counts down more and run it for the whole month rather than having to run…

Filter Fix
WO/Task filter need to be reworked. Sometimes it works but most times when you type in a specific workorder or task number it just comes up with a full list of either one.

Make Criticality emergency-1 the default when customer is creating reactive W/O
When customer is creating a work order they hardly pick the level 1-emergency schedule breaker, if default was level 1 we would have less of a chance of it getting overlooked in the daily schedule.

Asset ID Update
The system utilizes both a equipment number (which I'm assuming is a primary key for the equipment file) and the asset ID. If that is the case, why can't the Asset ID be updated during work order review without a major overhaul to the work order by deleting information off the task first?
