Need tech portal access to asset notes like you can in client for high level information
Our site does not have the crib. Needs to be a way to see asset notes from the portal that are posted in the client. We can post important information like part numbers, set ups and so on in the client but very few people can see the information

Work order tech remarks on PRINTED work order
When printing work orders, notes are listed without date/time/tech name information. This makes it difficult to see a timeline of events and who did what tasks. Each line of NOTES entry should start with [DATE comment entered] [TIME comment entered] [TECH that entered comment]. Beginning of each comment like would look like this "08/02/2018 06:00 JRAMSEY ....". eFP2 did this and was very useful.

Add Data Field "Remarks" to Accumulated Labor Report
In order to determine PM effectiveness, adding the data field "Remarks" to the Accumulated Labor report will give us the ability to sort PM's where something was found or adjusted, from PM's that were "Completed". The Shift Turnover report does not allow you to pull all work orders that had labor in a specific month.

Provide ability to return parts to suppliers on PO they were bought on
Please provide the ability to return parts to suppliers on the same PO they were bought on even if ATS has already paid the supplier's invoice. We should be able to enter an RMA # from supplier and properly process any restocking fees by passing those fees on to our customer or choosing to absorb those fees internally if the return is not the fault of our customer. This process should also show as a credit to our customers on the monthly Billable PO report used for invoicing our customers.

MACHINE DETAILS ON WORKORDER IN THE CLIENT.
When looking up a work order in the Client it no longer (very rarely) shows you the work order details for machine. The is crucial to us (sc & s/p) to have this.
**I have placed in tickets and no matter what it has always come back as "resolved" even if it the problem has not been corrected.

Suma de Horas de mano de Obra
Algo que ayudaría mucho es agregar la opción de sumar las horas de mano de obra de una semana o fecha determinada.
O como mínimo que cuando se genere el reporte de Excel en la columna de DURACION, el valor de la celda sea sumable, así al generar el reporte podremos seleccionar de una fecha a otra y poder realizar la sumatoria de Horas de mano de obra totales de la semana.6 votes -

Include the assigned team in subject of notification emails
I appreciate the email notifications for when tasks are assigned, completed, etc. However, as a planner/scheduler, it would be very beneficial to me to have the team name tasks are assigned to in the subject of the email delivered to me.

We need a escalation rule with Malfunction Type, actually we only have Operating Status as an option, provoking that work orders with Malfunction Type UP as PMs, TR, EV, CM, etc sending notification

Mejores ocpiones para el cliente al colocar una orden
Se requiere que el sistema de ordenes del cliente muestre opciones de eventos o soporte cunado el equipo este CAIDO pero la tarea no sea responsabilidad directa de mantenimiento.
Actualmente el cliente esta cometiendo el error de colocarnos ordenes con status CAIDO y la tarea es soporte en actividades de ellos como setup o fixtures. Realmente el equipo esta CAIDO para ellos mas sin embargo nos afecta a nosotros por que se cataloga como REACTIVO.
