There are not ODC codes for a Wire Rope cable for Hoist or tool balancers.

Adding the parts section to the WO print out
It would be beneficial for the Techs if the parts need section appeared when a WO is printed. Currently there is a part used section, and I would think that we could add a sub set in this section of the print out.

CREATE A TASK TYPE CATERGORY FOR REOCURRING SAFETY RELATED TASK (SAR'S). THIS IS FOR SITES THAT ARE INVOLVED WITH THEIR SITE SAR AND SAFETY PROGRAMS. MAKING IT EASIER FOR ATS EMPLOYEES TO CATERGORIZE AND AVOID A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON MPRO AND PM METRIC.

Serial Number on printout
When printing out a work order some things are omitted on the printout that appear on the computer screen. One of them is the machine serial number; I'd like that added to the printout.

would make assigning work orders and for tech to find tickets that fit their skill set if there was a drop down that allowed for identification.

No suggestions for RCA
In the RCA portion of the work order. There should be an over travel selection in the problem field. Also something generic stating strictly "Machine" in the object field.

Create a report in Power BI for Mexico´s Labor
The idea is to create a report in Power BI where the sites can review the Technician´s Labor. This idea was created via e-mail last 4/4/2018. Michael Vincent created the reported and he added it into the Application section in Power BI but unfortunately the report is not working as we expected. We saw some opportunities, for example, when you select the report by month for an specific site, we can not see all the technician´s labor. Please contact to me if you have any question or doubt.

This suggestion has been shared with our Power BI Data Analyst to see what he is able to update on the existing report.

Could you put machine location just under the Asset ID so we dont have to open ticket to find location
We work in a large plant with almost 2000 asset Locations, it would save time and money to add the equipment location to the status screen.

Meters bubble doesnt show Red on meter required work orders/tasks
On tasks with meter entry required, the bubble doesnt show up as red like the steps/malfunction/etc when items are missing. This leads to confusion when techs cannot close the work order but dont see red on the bubbles.

Make Malfunction Type a mandatory selection when creating an equipment work order
When creating a work order on a piece of equipment, you should have to choose a malfunction type. It is too easy to create a work order and forget about changing the malfunction type from Up to Reduced or Down. Most of our work orders are coming in Up even though the equipment is down. I just made this mistake myself when creating a work order. Even if it is Up, we should have to select something.

Tech Portal: Equipment Screen - Attachments
In the portal under the Technician/Equipment screen, there are 2 buttons (Summary and Work Orders), can we get another tab for attachments.
We have various calibration and service history documents that would be easier to locate by asset instead of having to search for the specific task that has the calibration document attached

Site 311 Support
I need this automatically added to all site 311 work orders except PM's
Instruct ATS to contact Quality on any item modified or replaced that has a calibration sticker or has a measurable reading recorded.

issue parts in SCS module needs to be streamlined
I would prefer not to have to click on stock first to issue stock... can't we just do it all in one click... not navigate to issue parts, then switch badges, then click on the lines, etc.

From the portal/technician /task screen when changing or assigning technicians, is it possible to have the new technicians name appear on the screen immediately?
