  1. Work order tech remarks on PRINTED work order

    When printing work orders, notes are listed without date/time/tech name information. This makes it difficult to see a timeline of events and who did what tasks. Each line of NOTES entry should start with [DATE comment entered] [TIME comment entered] [TECH that entered comment]. Beginning of each comment like would look like this "08/02/2018 06:00 JRAMSEY ....". eFP2 did this and was very useful.

  3. Add Data Field "Remarks" to Accumulated Labor Report

    In order to determine PM effectiveness, adding the data field "Remarks" to the Accumulated Labor report will give us the ability to sort PM's where something was found or adjusted, from PM's that were "Completed". The Shift Turnover report does not allow you to pull all work orders that had labor in a specific month.

  4. MACHINE DETAILS ON WORKORDER IN THE CLIENT.

    When looking up a work order in the Client it no longer (very rarely) shows you the work order details for machine. The is crucial to us (sc & s/p) to have this.

    **I have placed in tickets and no matter what it has always come back as "resolved" even if it the problem has not been corrected.

  5. New rule in escalation system (Event Monitor)

    We need a escalation rule with Malfunction Type, actually we only have Operating Status as an option, provoking that work orders with Malfunction Type UP as PMs, TR, EV, CM, etc sending notification

  7. Mejores ocpiones para el cliente al colocar una orden

    Se requiere que el sistema de ordenes del cliente muestre opciones de eventos o soporte cunado el equipo este CAIDO pero la tarea no sea responsabilidad directa de mantenimiento.

    Actualmente el cliente esta cometiendo el error de colocarnos ordenes con status CAIDO y la tarea es soporte en actividades de ellos como setup o fixtures. Realmente el equipo esta CAIDO para ellos mas sin embargo nos afecta a nosotros por que se cataloga como REACTIVO.

    As a tech, when ordering parts it would be nice to see details of what we ordered.
    I cannot find a way to pull up my comments/notes on a part order i made 2 months ago.
    Now that i received the part, i need to reference that information.

  14. status monitor screen show equipment in form of a map

    have a map of the facility with each piece of equipment located and labeled where it is. That way anyone who walks into the building can locate any piece of equipment by looking at the status monitor. still have it change color for status.

  19. Scrolling in Scheduling Portal causes filtered list to reset column widths

    When scrolling down in list of tasks on Scheduling Portal Period Capacity to columns reset width so the data I'm looking for is hidden, have to keep resetting column width. Description field is what I'm focused on.

  20. Data exported to Excel missing in the Scheduling Portal.

    When exporting the Data in Period Capacity (filtered by compliance dates) to Excel the field for 'Reschedules' transfers all zeros regardless of the data present. Can this be corrected?
