  1. In Planning Portal - Job Plans tab, It is not allowing search by Equipment or sort the column.

    Please allow Search filter for Equipment in this portal to work. We are asked for all PMs on certain equipment - this would allow them to be easily printed but current Equipment field doesn't work when filtered on main tab for Job Plans.

    efactory doesn't automatically sign you out when you close the page. This causes people to use other tech's accounts when adding time and labor. Can you add an automatic sign out when the page is closed?

  3. Add new field on shift turnover report, seperate reduced time and downtime

    Is there a way to separate DT & reduced time into different fields. I recently became aware our shift turnover report is reporting inaccurate data regarding true DT. Most of our people tracking DT will do so using a shift turnover report, I recently came across TaskID 6396664 for site 727, where they have a reduced ticket showing 543hrs of DT. As far as cost savings goes, this can defeat any savings potential we have for this project. We need to truly differentiate DT and Reduced time.

  4. log value added interaction

    I feel that there should be a quick link button to allow technicians to post time when the technician provides task specific training or instruction to customer representatives such as operators. This would allow us to record additional unscheduled time in without having to create an additional downtime work order, but also provides feedback on customer value added support.

  6. Resumen de horas laboradas por dia

    Que en la seccion de horas laboradas, se muestre una opcion de descargar el resumen de horas laboradas, pero resumida por dias. De esta forma, los tecnicos podriamos saber de una forma mas facil cuanto tiempo hemos capturado en cada dia y hacer la suma mas rapido. En vez de tener que sumar el tiempo de cada tarea de forma individual.

  7. Display HTML tags properly in all screens

    Some places HTML tags work (like in the pre-defined steps tab) but in other places HTML shows as plain text like in the actual Job plan steps. HTML tags should always display properly in all tabs, windows, and print outs.

  8. Add in Component Based Master Task Steps

    Provide the ability to cater master maintenance procedures for specific components that apply to machines. Ex. If a machine has a hydrogen valve, be able to select that and input regular maintenance checks or procedures to PM or repair that type of components.

  9. Expanded/Customizable Data Fields for views

    On various portals it would be beneficial to have multiple existing data fields to select from when setting up views in those portals. Have seen this in other CMMS' where you can select the data you want visible and data you don't want visible for those views. Ex. Asset Subtype, Technician Name, OEM, etc..

  10. Provide ability to do mass printing in the task screen

    Add in a feature to select multiple tasks to print at once. This would minimize the time spent preventing tasks to provide paper copies of tasks.

  11. EFP connected to equipment to read meters

    Would be beneficial to create a method to connect meters to the equipment electronically. This would allow for more sites to pursue meter based maintenance and eliminate the need for a manual check and entry for sites that perform them currently. This can reduce the need for tech labor for non value added time based PMs.

  12. Method to See Parts Status + Supply Chain Notes at the Task Level

    Currently, Supply chain enters in parts notes in the client and a scs has to be dilligent to manually transfer information into the task notes. It would be beneficial to link these together for better visibility and also provide a status indicator to show expected delivery date in the task screens. This is usually the first question from our leadership and customers.

  13. Machine Downtime Values

    In the equipment portal a field needs to be reserved for Machine Downtime Values that can be updated annually during machine criticality reviews. This will help quantify the value of downtime reductions and prevent back and forth with customer on agreed downtime rates. Will enable reporting capability that is a manual process today.

  14. Add Asset ID to the task list on the EFP IOS App

    When technicians receive a task list in the EFP IOS App they do not have visibility of the asset id unless they click into the task. This can create extra steps and data integrity misses when common job plans/pms are added to multiple tasks/assets in a shift.

  15. System Generated Auto Scheduling

    Would cut down on time if there was a method to auto-populate schedule with items that are planned and within an upcoming compliance window. Have a "suggested" auto schedule that could be edited or added-subtracted from after posting.

  16. Status monitor with UP CM tickets.

    Need a way to monitor up tickets that are CM tickets on the status monitor. All to often we customer puts in tickets as down or reduced so they can keep track of them and they do not affect production of a machine. This is not down and should not affect machine availability. However, do not want to show all up tickets on the status monitor as it will show all PMs as up tickets. Somehow we need a way to display CM tickets that are up so they do not get forgotten about.

  17. Letters/words still too light

    Please make the words on the screen darker and easier to see. For sites using older screens, the text is still too light to see clearly causing eye strain.

  18. Labor Hour Tab Quits Working After 15 days

    The labor tab every month only displays out to the 15th. Then I have to select the 16th thru the rest of the month or each day. I use this feature to keep track of my tech utilization hours. Thank you, Michael

  19. Feedback status notification to the initiator

    Feedback status notification to the initiator. Currently when an employee or customer provides feedback to the planner; no status results are sent to the initiator. So they have no clue if their feedback was rejected or approved. Especially rejected, should come with an explanation or comment.

  20. Create a condition in Event Monitor for 'Task Status'

    We can currently create a condition to notify when a WO status changes, but not a task status change. This could notify that a new part need was created (status on the task changes from 'new' to 'hold/waiting on materials'). This could alert the SCS or crib attendant to begin kitting for that WO, so the parts are already ready when the tech comes to get the parts.
