  4. Job Remarks Section

    The original EfP had a job remarks section that would allow you to view all remarks under an asset without needing to open each individual work order. That feature was widely used and very helpful in looking for previous issue, repairs, and machine health trends. This would be useful in the current iteration as well.

  5. PM -> AM button changes labor time field.

    When adding labor to a task after 12PM, if you select the start time and enter the hour then minute then click the PM -> AM button, it appears to work but will enter a different time when you press 'Set'. The PM -> AM button must be pressed first to work correctly. Would be nice if it worked in any order.

  8. Print WO/TASK with Parts Used and Part Needs

    When a tech, planner, or SCS prints a WO/Task it should have the parts used and the part needs listed. This will help when kitting or staging parts that are just received in or ready to be installed.

  9. Part need issues, Location issues with Fastest lead time and custom

    When adding a part to a task the two options for Fastest Lead Time and Custom create more issue than it actually helps. It defaults to Location ATS when most sites are location Customer. It should not allow them to select ATS or Customer based on the contract type. IT will also create bad stock records under the wrong location. Finally, it will generate a REQ to order under that wrong location which the SCS or Buyer may not catch. This cause billing and inventory issues.

  11. Period Capacity Export Planned Hours Format

    Reformat the Period Capacity export planned duration hours column to be in a Decimal Point Number format instead of the current format of 0 HRS 38 MIN. The current format has to be converted every time someone exports it to Excel then they have to manually do the conversions.

  12. Customer view Parts in system

    Allow customers to see parts associated with each asset and locations within store rooms to better utilize system and ATS personnel as we wouldn't need to ask them to locate parts for us.

  13. Equipment tags

    For customers and for ATS users... on equipment add a section to add equipment tags. This could be used for users to input other nicknames used for the asset to help when searching for equipment when creating work over. The customers have trouble searching Assets when creating work order

  15. Make more User friendly Group List

    Option to adjust group list to have most used at top of list by as set by individual user.
    Ex: -RIW -RIW: Phase 1 ..... I dont need these at the top of my list having them at top pushes the groups i use lower down.
