  2. STR based on Task Touched Date Rather than Created Date

    It would be nice to have a report just like the Shift Turnover Report, but instead of running based on task/work order created date, it would go off of when the task was last modified. For instance, if I ran the STR for just today, it would only show tasks that were created today. This would miss any work done on a task that was created in the past (like a PM that would have been created a month ago, or a backlog work order that is 6+ months old)

  3. customer closed work order alert

    The customer would like to see the original Work Order description when they get the alert that a work order is closed. sometimes the tech comments are not descriptive enough for them to remember what the work order was particularly when they have a lot of work orders they put in the system.

    Se requiere que el sistema de ordenes del cliente muestre opciones de eventos o soporte cunado el equipo este CAIDO pero la tarea no sea responsabilidad directa de mantenimiento.

    Actualmente el cliente esta cometiendo el error de colocarnos ordenes con status CAIDO y la tarea es soporte en actividades de ellos como setup o fixtures. Realmente el equipo esta CAIDO para ellos mas sin embargo nos afecta a nosotros por que se cataloga como REACTIVO.

  10. Reporting: Tech Utilization /overlapped time stamps in PowerBI

    In one of the latest updates, i noticed the BI background data has a new sheet for overlapping malfunctions.
    Can we get the same type of function for overlapping timestamps?
    Or more ideally, can we eliminate the ability for technicians to overlap their time stamps?

    PowerBI sometimes reflects over 100% utilization for technicians due to overlapped time stamps

  11. Control Center: Add Escalation condition for nuisance failures / high part spend

    I would like to have an alert like an escalation for when a piece of equipment has X amount of failures in Y amount of time

    Or when the cost of repair is above a set amount.

    Would it be possible to add a field that contains the number of comments on the work order. I commonly look for historical events that all had many notes on them because I know they tie to machine events I've had before.

  13. Auto-populate tasks in the feed when they are submitted

    Add a live feed or auto-refresh to the task and workorder portals so we don't have to refresh as often. When a work order/Task comes in it'll automatically populate the feed.

  20. Recent changes

    Whatever recent changes were made, the system is now terrible. First with slow load speeds, then jacking up organization, now I cannot see a work order if accessed through Equipment page. It's noted load speed complaint was completed, it's not. This is barely functional now, overall. Appreciate all the hard work that is normally done in your thankless position(s) but ouch... can't work like this.
