Add Data Field "Remarks" to Accumulated Labor Report
In order to determine PM effectiveness, adding the data field "Remarks" to the Accumulated Labor report will give us the ability to sort PM's where something was found or adjusted, from PM's that were "Completed". The Shift Turnover report does not allow you to pull all work orders that had labor in a specific month.

MACHINE DETAILS ON WORKORDER IN THE CLIENT.
When looking up a work order in the Client it no longer (very rarely) shows you the work order details for machine. The is crucial to us (sc & s/p) to have this.
**I have placed in tickets and no matter what it has always come back as "resolved" even if it the problem has not been corrected.

New rule in escalation system (Event Monitor)
We need a escalation rule with Malfunction Type, actually we only have Operating Status as an option, provoking that work orders with Malfunction Type UP as PMs, TR, EV, CM, etc sending notification

Client: Purchase Order Details
knowing who put the part need request into the system lets us know who to go to for clarification. we need to be able to go to one person and ask what they mean/ or what they want.
the general request does not always cover what needs to be done. this is very important and can take a LOT OF TIME getting the proper information.

Make cycle count consistant.
When running stock count at the end of the month, it should not remove parts from the cycle count and then ding SCS metrics for it. For example, several times I have ran my cycle count last day of the month and not get 100% even though I entered 100% of what was on the list. This is due to the system creating its expected count on the 1st of the month (example 93 parts) but then NOT giving me the full count at the end of the month (ex 89 parts). While we can't make any commitments about specific changes at this time, improving usability and layout are considerations we're taking into account as the new portal is developed.

Work Order Entry Screen Malfunction Update
Today, when the customer enters a work order on the customer screen, they can very easily miss or bypass specifying a malfunction because the field defaults to None. In order to have more data accuracy, and require less rework after the work orders are entered, the malfunction status should be an empty required field that forces you to make a selection.

Food Safety clicker / Adding Attachments
Could we add the possibility of having a 'Food Safety' option, just like there is a 'Safety Option' when entering a WO.

Addressing column auto-resetting bug
If we can have the bug affecting how we organize our columns that would be stellar! Every time I refresh or go to Labor or Parts or something and come back to tasks it resets all my columns.

Estaria muy bien que se pudiera desarrollar una aplicación para dispositivos móviles ya que la unica app que se encuentra es el eFactory pro work module, pero de esta pagina no lo hay.
