FM task completion notifications
I want to be automatically notified when certain FM tasks that I did not create are completed.

additional fields in shift reports
The labor comments and the notes sections need to have their own separate fields when displaying in the shift turnover report.

Add Building Location field to the FMS Report> Task Planning
Add Building Location field to the FMS Report> Task Planning. This would cut our time in half pulling excel sheets for scheduling. We use this field to show the main line asset of sub assets.

Be able to see when tracking was added in events
It would be awesome to see when tracking was added to a PO/req in the client. Many times I would have to ask someone for information on a PO because there is no tracking. Then it magically appears and it makes it look like I am going crazy. This way everyone is held accountable for their responsibility in the process of getting new parts.

Status monitor with UP CM tickets.
Need a way to monitor up tickets that are CM tickets on the status monitor. All to often we customer puts in tickets as down or reduced so they can keep track of them and they do not affect production of a machine. This is not down and should not affect machine availability. However, do not want to show all up tickets on the status monitor as it will show all PMs as up tickets. Somehow we need a way to display CM tickets that are up so they do not get forgotten about.

Can We get Asset field listed on Review portal?
When Reviewing Work Orders it would be much faster if the Asset was listed so you don't have to open the record if there's any question upon review.

COLOCAR FOTOGRAFIA PARA LAS MAQUINAS EN EL PORTAL
Una idea que podría llegar a ser muy útil para nuevos usuarios o cuando se cambia alguien de planta. Es que se le pueda colocar una FOTOGRAFIA de la maquina en del equipo en esta plataforma y de esa manera seria muchísimo más fácil de encontrarlas cuando te asignan una tarea en ella.

Letters/words still too light
Please make the words on the screen darker and easier to see. For sites using older screens, the text is still too light to see clearly causing eye strain.

Mass processing of reviewed completed tasks.
Mass check off of reviewed task when completed. Supervisor and review completed task and check a box. Once all tasks have been reviewed, the supervisor can click on the mass close out for all the reviewed completed task to process. instead of doing having the system process each one individually. This would save a lot of time waiting.

Labor Hour Tab Quits Working After 15 days
The labor tab every month only displays out to the 15th. Then I have to select the 16th thru the rest of the month or each day. I use this feature to keep track of my tech utilization hours. Thank you, Michael

Subscribing to updates of specific work orders
It would be nice to be able to stay subscribed to a work order's updates in regard to parts orders even after it has changed ownership from technician to planner and so on. This would allow technicians to be informed once parts were kitted in the crib that we have been waiting on.

Table sorts/add asset ID
On the daily capacity screen we have the A to Z table sort. I was wondering if we could have the asset ID added to the sort option. This woud allow us to see all tickets for that asset and keep them together when putting into the techs buckets. The asset Id under the other table filter only lets you see one asset at a time.

Job Remarks Section
The original EfP had a job remarks section that would allow you to view all remarks under an asset without needing to open each individual work order. That feature was widely used and very helpful in looking for previous issue, repairs, and machine health trends. This would be useful in the current iteration as well.
