PO GNS Receipt Improvement
When booking in GNS parts is it possible to remove the "Total Cost" field? The reason being is that it does not make any difference to the total, no matter what value i put in this box. Therefore we are all wasting our time every time we book in a GNS part when we fill in this field.

Changing CM to other types.
a lot of work orders are opened as corrective maintenance when they are not, i spend a lot of time making and canceling work orders so the effect is not as impactful on our metrics, and even then a lot of them get by me. I´m guessing this suggestion is nothing new but I believe it would be helpful if you were able to change an order from corrective to other types.

Add a "Missed" button to WO Type: MPRO > Task Type: PM
There needs to be an additional button labeled as "Missed" in the Work Order or Task Pane for "PM" Task Types only. This button should function similar to the Red X for "Cancel Work Order" or "Cancel Task", except when you select this option, it should trigger a window to pop up requesting a reason for variance. i.e. Equipment Unavailable, Personnel Needed etc. and it should also require the user to type a comment/note.
Example for why this option needs to be available:
Asset XYZ-123 has a PM generated on a monthly interval.

Addition of materials need from to the PM Forecast SSRS Report
Eaton has requested a monthly materials spend forecast for all needed PMs. The PM forecast will show man hours but no parts that are associated with the task template. The reference table is TaskTemplatePart_Need. This information needs to show up in the PM Forecast Report on the SSRS reporting.

Tech Portal: Add Reason For Variance to the PM Compliance Panel
In the v4 portal, can we add the reason for variance to the PM Compliance information at the bottom of the screen where it shows 'compliance start and finish and date' completed?

Tech Portal: Add date completed line to work order history
When you look at a piece of equipment's work order history , please add a date completed line.
If there is an AUDIT you can print the machine history to show past PM's completed as well as work orders completed

Display original job plan # copied from if any on job plan summary.
Original job plan that was copied from no longer listed on new job plan since planning module update. Before the planning portal refresh, when you looked at a job plan, it showed if there was a job plan that this plan was copied from. That information is no longer displayed. Would like that information displayed in the job plan summary like it used to be.

Add a Field to show 'Assigned To' in the Period Capacity Page
Need a field to show who the task is currently assigned to. My list contains over 300 tasks and is very difficult to find the task you are looking for as not all tasks have an asset ID. This would help massively.

EFP 3.0 inventory levels
In the old system, us technicians on the floor could visually see the min/max levels of parts we were consuming. This allowed us to know if the part was going to be reordered or not. In the technicians portal of EFP3.0, we are unaware if the part we have consumed will be reordered or not. This is valuable to know if we will need that part again and not be in stock.

Adding Sublocation description on Work order print
When using work order print on report server, the sublocation number is given. It would be more user friendly if this was the sublocation description instead.

Edit Customer WO details
Planner or Supervisor should have ability to edit WO type/Task Type/ asset for work orders inputted by the customer. Customers use toggles and asset search incorrectly, therefore their work orders do not always get categorized correctly and hurt the metrics. The planner should have the ability to make those edits before the WO gets closed out. We have too many reactive work orders get categorized as other.

Include a column for Asset criticality in the Tasks portal.
We have almost 200 WO tasks with a priority 3 status. It would be nice to see the asset criticality to prioritize the wo tasks.

Need excel export to include entire filtered selection
Period capacity currently exports only 100 rows. My exports would usually contain 400-500. I use this to allow the customer to see what work we have scheduled for a particular week.

Add "Requestor" as a column in Tasks tab in the Technician portal
Add "Requestor" column in the TASKS tab in the Technician portal that is similar in the WORK ORDERS tab. This will be very useful for management to identify the Technician that creates a FM (Follow-Up Maintenance) task on MPRO Work Orders. The current process requires the user to click on each individual FM task and scrolling the summary page to find the technicians name under "CREATED".

Bill of Materials Report-Add Bin Location
The Bill of Material (BOM) report in the client should include the bin location of each part listed on the BOM. This way it's easier for a tech or SCS or Planner etc to physically look for these parts in the Crib.

Please consider a dropdown list, or equivalent, to work order review that identifies which organization is responsible for work.
Our site is being asked to track all physical downtime on assets, and then be able to report out who's scope of work the downtime falls under for CI efforts. Possible examples are "Lubrication Provider," "Facilities," and "Outside Contractor/Services."
