Priority 1 and 2 tickets
Priority 1 and 2 tickets only populate in the daily capacity for the week they are created. They no longer transfer to following schedule weeks within the daily capacity unless manually scheduled. Please change this back to where they maintain being in the daily capacity until completed. Instances where priority 1 or 2 tickets continue on to following scheduled weeks are typically due to parts orders, needing OEM support, or if a priority 1 safety ticket populates on a Wednesday evening (the end of our scheduling week), and is not resolved before Thursday morning (the beginning of the following schedule…

We need the ability to sort completed workorders by the date it was completed.
Customer wants us to report out weekly on FMs created and FMs completed but if we complete an FM from 3 months ago it's more difficult to find without the ability to search by date completed.

Predictive Maintenance still generates
PDM tasks should generate as PdM task types instead of PM. Also, there should be some differentiation in FM tasks based on whether they come from PdM and PM's to allow for easier data analysis of PM and PdM Effectiveness.

Add the PO Line to the Billable PO Report with Simple View = Y
Can we please add the PO line to the Billable PO report with Simple View = N? Without the PO Line, one cannot combine this report with other purchasing reports.
For some reason, the Simple View = Y has both the PO Number & PO Line7 votesPBI 101000

Refresh button in work module
Within the work module of eFP, for the work order and task grid, can we get a refresh button, which would allow us to refresh the data. This helps with newer work orders which have been entered into the system.

Include a column for Asset criticality in the Tasks portal.
We have almost 200 WO tasks with a priority 3 status. It would be nice to see the asset criticality to prioritize the wo tasks.

When scheduling a task in period or daily capacity - flag the that additional tasks exist for that asset.
Period - Will help us ensure we're scheduling all open tasks for an asset that can be completed at once - planned correctives and current PMs.
Daily - So we visit the asset only once

Add "Requestor" as a column in Tasks tab in the Technician portal
Add "Requestor" column in the TASKS tab in the Technician portal that is similar in the WORK ORDERS tab. This will be very useful for management to identify the Technician that creates a FM (Follow-Up Maintenance) task on MPRO Work Orders. The current process requires the user to click on each individual FM task and scrolling the summary page to find the technicians name under "CREATED".

Bill of Materials Report-Add Bin Location
The Bill of Material (BOM) report in the client should include the bin location of each part listed on the BOM. This way it's easier for a tech or SCS or Planner etc to physically look for these parts in the Crib.

Please consider a dropdown list, or equivalent, to work order review that identifies which organization is responsible for work.
Our site is being asked to track all physical downtime on assets, and then be able to report out who's scope of work the downtime falls under for CI efforts. Possible examples are "Lubrication Provider," "Facilities," and "Outside Contractor/Services."

Tech Portal: Add Predictive Support and Personnel tracking
The tracking of Predictive equipment cases and personnel is a very manual process right now that involves spreadsheets, SharePoint and Outlook.
We also don't have a process in place to effectively track the process from problems documented, to work orders created, repairs effected and cost savings/avoidance tied back to the original issue or root cause.
This will reduce man-hours needed for the current process and improve the tracking of program effectiveness and BI metrics.
7 votesThank you for the suggestion. We will discuss this with the product owner for possible inclusion in the development backlog.

Job Plan steps need line and paragraph breaks in work orders
Planner/Schedulers go to great care to create detailed steps often with several sub-steps and places to check off completion. It looks great printed out in a pdf. But on the computer or iPad screen, carriage returns and paragraph breaks are ignored and the steps are just giant run on sentences that are jumble together.
