Would be helpful to narrow down searches with AND logic. So you could use "relay" AND "24" to narrow search for 24 volt relays

Multiple Bins
If the part is in multiple bins allow the option to select which bin you want to pull the part from. Right now it defaults based on BIN name alphabetically. This can cause confusion and inventory discrepancies.

Posting PO generates parts label to be printed
Instead of generating a receipt document to print or save, have that receipt generate as a document attached to that PO receipt transaction and have the system generate a parts label so that you don't have to copy and paste everything from the client into the parts label reports every time you receive an inventory item in.

Revert to original portal search/sort features vs filters
The filters are extremely inefficient. Also, filters takes away the ability to see examples of what is included in the column.

list Task# on feedback
Description :
eFactory Pro 3.0 Planner/Scheduler portal - Job Plans, Job plan feed back. Please add Task# to Feedback.Job plans are used on multiple assets and work orders. Sometimes feedback is machine specific. The list of feedback for any given job plan does not list the Task# that the feedback was entered on. With hundreds of work orders using the same job plan in a given month, it becomes very difficult to validate the feedback.

Unit of measure on req/po and the ability to issue parts out by unit of measure
include a drop down for unit of measure on REQ (EA,CS,PCK,BX,LB, etc.) allowing definition by SCS what quantity they are requesting. There then should be a place to define how many units per case and this information should be recorded under the "Supplier parts" tab under the "Parts" section of the system. Once item is received in, you should be able to issue part by unit of measure (EA,CS,PCK,BX) allowing for more accurate inventory and PO receipt relation as well as inventory actual cost on hand information.

Need to add "NDA EARLY AM" to delivery type menu when processing requisitions.
Need to add "NDA EARLY AM" to delivery type dropdown menu when processing requisitions. This would help with enhancing communication because there are scenarios when "EARLY AM" is needed versus just "NEXT DAY". It's known that the buyer typically selects delivery type when processing req. into POs, but to help enhance communication, the SCS should be able to select delivery type as part of req. processing. If the urgency changes during the transition, then buyer can update as needed.

eFP web version on iPad
eFP web version on iPad does not show all of the tabs across the top of the task, in order to close it.
The “Event” tab is cut in half, the green check mark and red cancel buttons are completely missing.
I understand that there is an actual eFP iOS app, but it is not written in Spanish. The web version can be translated to Spanish through the preferred language setting of the iPad.
The web version works like normal on the iPad, with exception to the problem mentioned above.

Acknowledgment that No Parts are needed for a work order
It was brought to my attention by one of my technicians that there should be a check box acknowledgement that no parts are needed for a work order reminding them not to forget to sign out parts. He stated that several times, techs forget to add parts to the work order and with the new update, they can't add parts after the work order is closed.

Need to see work order sub status in the Supervisor grid
As a supervisor, it would be helpful to see the Work Order sub-status (Cancel/duplicate) in the grid from the Review work order panel. This would allow you to see, at a glance, which PMs were just canceled vs. canceled/duplicate.

PdM Follow Up Tasks
We need the ability to assign follow up tasks on PdM Work Orders to a specific asset (maybe have a drop down box). Currently, most PdM work orders are routes for the entire facility. Instead of creating a PdM work order for each asset, we would like to have the ability to assign follow up tasks on this work order type to assets.

Down time and escalation time have different counters
We have a problem with the programation of the system. For example our client has a production schedule from 6:30am to 12:00 am, if our client enter a WO for a reactive work at 11:30 pm, the down time starts from 11:30 pm it is interruptted at 12:00am and then starts counting again at 6:30am, we dont have problem with that. The problem is the scalation system: If our client enter a WO for a reactive work at 11:30pm the time for scalation starts counting and it doesnt stop at 12:00am, it continuing counting. This situation provoques scalations for high…

Job Plan steps need line and paragraph breaks in work orders
Planner/Schedulers go to great care to create detailed steps often with several sub-steps and places to check off completion. It looks great printed out in a pdf. But on the computer or iPad screen, carriage returns and paragraph breaks are ignored and the steps are just giant run on sentences that are jumble together.
