Would like to be able search by cost center in the Status monitor. Currently we can only search down to a sub location. Our customer is asking for more cost center specific statuses. Currently we would have to manually build a new group, add all equipment manually,( We have over 2,000 assets) and when you get so many groups it just clogs up the status monitor. Also we can not remove a group once it is created. If the search by cost center function is added to the status monitor we can train the customer to find what they want…

Adding Sublocation description on Work order print
When using work order print on report server, the sublocation number is given. It would be more user friendly if this was the sublocation description instead.

Need to see work order sub status in the Supervisor grid
As a supervisor, it would be helpful to see the Work Order sub-status (Cancel/duplicate) in the grid from the Review work order panel. This would allow you to see, at a glance, which PMs were just canceled vs. canceled/duplicate.

Parent-Child Asset Relation Functionality
Need to have a parent-child relationship function added to the system. This is necessary for metrics, as if a child asset goes down, that is where the WO is put to. The parent asset is affected as a whole, though, so downtime needs to be considered there as well.

Need the ability to create an escalation/event monitor per equipment/asset
A need has been identified to create Escalations/ Event Monitor for either an individual or a collection of equipment/assets.
If given this level of control in the escalation process we would be able to escalate particular down time occurrences to the proper people without "spamming" a host of individuals.

PdM Follow Up Tasks
We need the ability to assign follow up tasks on PdM Work Orders to a specific asset (maybe have a drop down box). Currently, most PdM work orders are routes for the entire facility. Instead of creating a PdM work order for each asset, we would like to have the ability to assign follow up tasks on this work order type to assets.

Bill of Materials Report-Add Bin Location
The Bill of Material (BOM) report in the client should include the bin location of each part listed on the BOM. This way it's easier for a tech or SCS or Planner etc to physically look for these parts in the Crib.

When Part ID is added/extended to a site in eFP Client, the system should create a Stock Escalation if a Min/Max >0 is entered.
When a Part ID is added/extended to a site in the eFP Client, the system should create a Stock Escalation if a Min/Max >0 is entered. It normally does this when a Part ID already exists at a site but it does not generate a Stock Escalation when a Part ID is initially added to a site Stock Record. We need to initiate this to comply with SAR (Stock Auth. Req.) process.

Remove Delete buttons for SCS on Run Log
SCS delete Run IDs from the Run Log thinking it will delete the actual Stock Count Run but it only deletes the historical data reported on the Run Log. The DELETE buttons should be removed from the Client on the Run Log.

Stock Count should not allow new Stock to be created by user if a previous Stock Count is still open.
We could avoid Stock Count Exceptions if eFP did not allow users to create a new Stock Count Run if a previous Stock Count Run ID is still open.

Stock Count creation should require Place ID be entered.
The Stock Counts should require Place ID to be entered in filed provided. eFP currently shows Place ID field is Required field but the system does not actually require it. Sites often mistakenly run Stock Counts wide-open for All materials sites.

Down time and escalation time have different counters
We have a problem with the programation of the system. For example our client has a production schedule from 6:30am to 12:00 am, if our client enter a WO for a reactive work at 11:30 pm, the down time starts from 11:30 pm it is interruptted at 12:00am and then starts counting again at 6:30am, we dont have problem with that. The problem is the scalation system: If our client enter a WO for a reactive work at 11:30pm the time for scalation starts counting and it doesnt stop at 12:00am, it continuing counting. This situation provoques scalations for high…
